The service is extremely slow. Took over an hour for 2 poutines and a breakfast and a burger combo and everything was wrong. Milkshakes took 20 mins and it was milk with a bit of flavor. Gravy was like chalk. It was the worst restaurant experience I've had. I will never be back.

My husband and I brought our youngest grandson with us for a bite to eat. The server we had Josh was absolutely terrific with us. Offering toys for the child and great service also.Btw the funnel cake is super good!!!

Ordered for delivery and food came 20 minutes late. Food was not delivered in thermal carrying bags, fries were cold and sandwiches lukewarm. One of the fries was way too small, fries were all over the bags like they were thrown around. They were also overcooked and hard. We are so sad because we have previously loved London Line Burger.

The service was delightful. The wings were good. The sauces we got on our wings were not great, but we'll go back and try some other flavours cuz the price was right and the service was great

Had the Tuesday night wing special and they were absolutely delicious. A special thanks to Harman and the chef for a great meal. We will definitely be back.

The very first time we tried London Line it was great! The service was great and the food was quick and delicious. Every time since then wait times are atrocious! The servers most time are very nice and apologize.I have seen the hired manager yell at staff and act like child stomping into the kitchen making the whole place feel uncomfortable!We like the owner and staff so we came back weeks later and tried the mothers day buffet.We sat for 45 minutes before receiving our drinks and then offered ice-cold buffet food instead of the food we ordered and stated it would be another 20 minutes. I think the owners need to get rid of the management! I wish you all the best but unfortunately I will not be back. I love supporting local but thats too many bad experiences for me.

Had an excellent brunch there this morning. Food was delicious and our waitress was amazing. Gave lots of attention to our 2 year old and gave him some blocks to play with!

I've been here several times for breakfast. The food quality, quantity, and price are all excellent!! The staff are very friendly! It's my new favourite place for breakfast in the Sarnia area! I'm anxious to try some of the dinners. Highly recommended!!

The food is pretty good. Although the pancakes always come hard and crispy… it seems they put them under a heat lamp or something while the rest of the food is cooking and by the time it’s ready to be served, the pancakes are pretty crunchy… definitely recommend avoiding the pancakes. The service is also not the best…I wouldn’t go again on a busy holiday or celebration day because I don’t think they’re experienced enough to keep up with big crowds. Big line ups and food will take up to an hour to get to your table. They definitely have a couple things they need to work on. However, I’d recommend going on a random Friday or Saturday when it’s not too busy because the food is pretty tasty, I will give them that!

We are very satisfied with the service in the restaurant, fast, high-quality coffee, delicious breakfasts, I also bought Belgian waffles with me. I recommend visiting this restaurant.
