Went in Thursday morning for a cracked windshield on my Outback and a couple other things under warranty. The car was ready the next morning, washed inside and out! They drove me to and from the dealership. Great service. Thank you Nancy at the service department.

The Subaru dealership at Sainte Julie is the best. They have incredible service, Rollyn was honest and helpful throughout the sales process. Tania was very informative but not pushy about the extras, and they even had another staff member keep our 6 year old entertained for 30 minutes while we ironed out the details. Upon picking up the car, the receptionist was super helpful and resourceful and even found me a charger for my phone when the battery was dying. They all went the extra mile. Oh yes, and I love my car!

Excellent experience with Rollyn Zapata from the used car department, originally went to get a used car but ended up signing for a new car, even though it was not his department Rollyn helped answer all my questions and got me everything I needed.The pre delivery wash was not done to what I would be expected for a new car, there was still a bunch of glue left over from the delivery plastic that was on the car which kept a bunch of dirt on the vehicle, in a few different places. I would of expected better from a dealership with an aesthetic department.

If you are living in south shore and desire to buy a Subaru. You “must” go to this location. Bought my first Subaru from here. Ask for San, unlike other Sales professionals in numerous dealerships he clearly has knack of understanding people and their needs when buying a car. He is patient and always looking to find best option for you. And ultimately on the day of pickup Charles ensured everything is in order and you have all your queries answered before delivery. Pierre helped me with finance queries. Overall this is how a great car dealership looks like. Great guys with right attitude and more business should follow. Keep up!!

The 152 point inspection is a total rip off. Not worth the time, better to bring it to a Subaru specialist. You aren’t even able to communicate with the mechanic who looks over your car and they are only interested in quoting the repairs in hopes they can make a $ off you.
