Capital City Recycling Ltd

We've been using CCR in the Westhills area for just a couple months now. CCR took over the contract from our previous provider, Neighbourhood Disposal.So far CCR has been great. Less money than some of the other local providers and great service. We were away at Christmas and didn't put our bins out at the curb. Came home surprised to find that not only did they go up to the house to get the bins, they also put them back neatly in their place with the lids on. I would definitely recommend Capital City Recycling to anyone in the Langford/Westhills area.

Their service is exceptional. Really easy to ask questions with, consistent pick up, and a great variety of service. As if that wasn't good enough... they also have really great prices. I am really happy with CCR and wish we had changed service providers sooner.

Capital City Recycling has a reliable service for a fair price. The drivers are excellent as well and have even taken my garbage when I forgot to put it out to the street (it’s kept a few steps away within view) a couple of times which I really appreciate!

Wow! What a difference in service switching to CCR! After dealing with a big company, I was impressed with the ability to talk to someone when I had a question and I am now saving money on my disposal/recycling costs. Many thanks!

I can't say enough good things about CCR. Their office staff are extremely friendly and helpful, their drivers are extremely friendly and helpful and their prices are less than some other Langford local companies. I really wish more companies were run like this! Thanks again!

The owner contacted me and resolved my issue I believe my email may have fallen through the cracks, and I appreciate him taking the time to address my issue.Original ReviewWe used this company successfully for many years; but had a problem this year. I noticed our bill was very high and found CCR had increased our extra bags of recycling fee from $6 to $14 without letting us know.I emailed them to see what was going on and they said our bags were extra full so they raised the rate. When I wrote back saying that it was excessive to more than double the rate for filling the bags they provide, they did not respond. We cancelled our service but still haven’t resolved this issue.

Steve has been our regular driver for a while now and I have to review his amazing customer service. He is so friendly, and always calls when I forget to put our bin out! (Sorry Steve!!) You have a wonderful employee in Steve. Thanks for all your help!!!

They have been amazing! We switched years ago and not only is the person in the office great on the phone and extremely helpful, the drivers are the same. Nothing is too much and they are there to help. Switch now. You won’t regret it.

CCR is a great, local company. Their owners have demonstrated to us that they will go above and beyond to do the job right and keep customers happy.I would definitely recommend them if you're considering moving away from one of the big companies. We're sure glad we did.

July 2019 - We just started with CCR last month. So far the experience has exceeded my high expectations. Their service is great, their price point is excellent, and their customer service is outstanding! They are very understanding, helpful, and accommodating. Thank you CCR for making my life easier!October 15th, 2019 - I just wanted to praise this company again. Their customer service is truly AMAZING. My husband and I forgot to put out our garbage and compost out last week. We were having a very busy and stressful week. When I realized that we missed getting our containers out to the curb on time, I called and CCR conveniently put our address on the pick up schedule for the following week! Then, we noticed that our garbage and compost had been picked up after all! They came and grabbed our containers which were visible from the road (just further up our driveway). It was a HUGE help and I am very thankful that CCR went the extra mile to help make our lives easier. THANK YOU CCR. We appreciate your service and will definitely be long-term customers!
