I really liked the efficiency of their work. At the beginning I thought that it would be difficult for them to deal with my garden but they couldn’t have done it better. Highly recommend!

Danielle and Dayo did an excellent job of overseeding and top dressing our front yard, taking care not to get the grass seed into the flower beds. They also took note of what areas of the lawn needed the most top dressing. I have ordered the chafer beetle control program again for the summer.

We had our gardens overhauled this past fall, Mark and his team were knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt with the project, we look forward to working with Sprout again this Spring.

I was so happy to have found Sprout Landscapes. The front of my grandparent's house was so dirt and uneven, now after a couple of months the yard looks so good, for sure their neighbors appreciate the work just like all of us. I will highly recommend their services.

After being told by several companies that the lawn was too far gone to fix in time for our wedding, or that new sod was not an option due to access issues, Lukas and his team took on our project. We couldn't believe the results, from all moss/weeds to a lush green lawn right in time for our party. Very happy Sprout customers.

Update: I got the final invoice based off the Sprout program 11-month commitment. I fired them after 3 visits or 1.5 hours of service. BEWARE: there is a contract stipulation that you will pay full price on their services if the commitment is terminated early. Sprout charged me 38-percent of the 11-month commit after only 3 services. In fairness, I paid for the Power Rake addon service, but they were on my lot for less than 20 minutes.Original post:Overall, I felt the communication and estimation process was poor.It felt like I was getting nickel-and-dimed for price increases. Mostly it was the communication because they focus heavily on email when a phone call would be better to explain the estimate, my lot and what a boulevard is (I had no idea). I did receive two phone calls though, both to sell me services. It's obvious that once they had my money they didn't care.Ultimately, the lack of customer service angered me. I was a bit disappointed with the trimming on the first service, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt because it could have been rectified over time (maybe).The business relationship started off well confirming the purchase of the Sprout Program and the cost estimate relative to my lot. After the first service, I was emailed by Sprout that they wouldn't cut the Boulevard which consists of lawn West and East of the North/South sidewalk because the estimate doesn't cover it.What they didn't bother to check was that 60-percent of my backyard isn't serviceable because it doesn't have lawn. Effectively, I'm paying more for a standard lot that's not being serviced and they want to charge me again to have the boulevard cut. Basically my front yard only is only 3-quarters serviced which is going to look horrible.At this point I'll just do it myself because they're not saving me time and I don't want to pay them more because of poor service.

I recently had our backyard landscaped, I’m impressed with how efficiently they worked and how clean they left the site each day. THANK YOU SO MUCH! I highly recommend you guys!
