Great experience at this dealership! Special thanks to Brian and Chantal from sales and Jack from finance. They have all been exceptional and thorough in all aspects and concerns. In less than 2 months after inquiring about the delivery time of a 2023 GTI, I had it delivered with the exact specs I had wanted. Would definitely recommend this dealership.

Update: I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. They do not know the meaning of customer service. I purchased my car and arranged to pick it up on a Wednesday after I was done work. I was told by the finance woman that I can’t come that day because it didn’t work for hers or the salesman’s schedule as they were taking a lieu day. I said then please have another colleague meet with me and finalize my sale as I had the money and plates ready to go. She was very uncooperative and continued to ask me to come a different day. I said I was only available the one day as I had made arrangements to get a ride to Milton that day. I reminded her that I was the customer and the accommodation should be in my favour as to when I was available. They finally agreed begrudgingly to come in on a Wednesday. She made a point of stating that I need to let them know if I can’t make it as they were coming in. This is not good customer service at all. I then brought the car home and it was noted that the floor mats were missing from the car. I assumed the detailer forgot to put them in the car after cleaning. I reached out the the salesman to that end and inquired and he didn’t respond. I attempted to reach him three times without any response. I then contacted the general manager of the dealership regarding the ordeal and he apologized but did nothing to follow through with getting my mats to me. Since it is a one hour drive to the dealership, I asked to have the mats mailed to me. He was not helpful and said I didn’t ‘order any mats’. I gave up trying to deal with anyone at this dealership as they clearly don’t comprehend the concept of customer service.I was looking for a specific Bug on the weekend as I saw on auto trader. I was in talks with the salesperson and arranged to test drive it that day. I negotiated the price for what I was willing to pay and they accepted the offer. I picked up the car on Wednesday and they put my plates on for me. It was a relatively quick and easy process.

I had previously ordered my car thru my local VW deanship last September. In March of this year I was told it would be another 4 month wait on top of the 6 months I had already waited. I had stumbled onto Milton Volkswagen's website and Bryan Syrek contacted me. right from first conversation he was very informative, transparent, and really made me feel like he wanted my business. He didn't make any promises, but after hearing my experience, he was confident that he could get me the GLI that I wanted. Through the whole process Bryan was fantastic at communicating the info he had for me. Less that 8 weeks after I submitted my order with him, I made the almost 4 hour drive to Milton to pick up my first and new Jetta GLI!! From the moment we walked into the dealership we were greeted with such warmth by Brooklyn Bergen. She was so amazing showing my son and I the GLI and getting me familiar with it. Next we finally got to meet Bryan in person. He was amazing as usual. Lastly, I met with Hayleigh Dyck, our Finance Manager who was also so kind and amazing, She explained all the financing details and all the extra packages that were available to me. Our whole experience with Milton Volkswagen that day and overall was so organized, seamless and just overall excellent. Bryan, Hayleigh and Brooklyn all went above and beyond and made the whole experience amazing. Definitely worth the wait and the almost 4 hour drive. I will not hesitate to make the drive to Milton Volkswagen again for my next vechicle purchase from Bryan again and I won't hesitate to tell my family and friends to make the drive to Milton to go see Bryan.

My sales rep Mariana, and Hayleigh in finance, went above and literally beyond to get me my dream car. Mariana's customer service is unmatched and I'll forever be grateful for her finding me exactly what I had asked for!
