Dropped in yesterday to see if an internal molding could be repaired on my Mazda 3. In short order, Fred fixed and explained the problem. There was no charge so I guess I’m not really a customer but that doesn’t mean I’m not extremely satisfied!

I would rate Fred's Auto Body as really deserving only a minus rating. I am surprised that he is even in business. Fred's work on my car as a result of an ICBC claim was described by the ICBC adjustor as childish

Rear bumper replaced and a rusty spot touched up inside bottom driver's side. Looks fantastic. Miscommunication though regarding pickup day.

Terrible service, was repeatedly told my claim would be submitted and the shop failed to do so. Abhorrent attitude from the front desk staff that admitted to having given false information days earlier and when asked about it gave the same excuse they had given 2 weeks earlier there are 200 estimates in front of you" when I had been told that it would be sent out on two separate Fridays. No accountability and I would not recommend coming here. I certainly would not if there was another body shop in Sechelt."
