Dr. Tyler is just the greatest. Easy to talk with, very knowledgeable and genuinely cares for my pets. Everyone else in the clinic are great too, friendly and quick service at the front desk.

I had my first appointment there last night. The reception staff and vet tech were very pleasant. Our vet was Dr Tyler. The two things about this clinic that impressed me the most are: 1). My cat was given needles in front of me. I don't like when my cats are taken away from my sight to be given treatment. 2). Our appointment was at 6:30 and they closed at 7. We left at about 7 :15. Dr Tyler took the extra time to explain various flea vs flea and tick medication with us instead of trying to rush us out of the door. The girls up front were still pleasant!! This is what defines an amazing experience.

I have to say this animal hospital is amazing!! So caring and helpful. They went out of there way today to help me when I called because my cat was in distress...unfortunately it wasn't a happy ending but thank you Dr Kim.and her staff ..you all made it just a little easier to deal with the outcome...they are professional...caring...and considerate...I highly recommend this hospital!!!

From the moment Me & Chico Who We Rescued From Mexico ,Isla Mujeres Street Puppy we were greeted with a warm welcome. The clinic is very clean and staff are super friendly. Very impressed with all the advice we received from our veterinarian Dr Peacock , she was so calming to our new pup. Really liked the spot. My dog Marlow had some fatty lipomas and a tumor on is head. They were able to schedule the surgery within a week for a fair price and the work was well done. 2 weeks later Marlow was swimming again and having a ball. Scars are healing up nicely. Sackville Animal Hospital is fantastic. Staff, vet assistants and vets are all very kind and compassionate. Good service and knowledgeable staff. Don't go anywhere else!

Our 4 year old female Rottweiler Beauty was hit by a school bus in front of our home and the driver took off, we rushed her in and the staff and doctors took such great care of her,after her surgery they transferred all the information to the emergency in Burnside and we transported her there afterwards, from the absolute bottom of our hearts we can't thank you enough for saving our puppers

We just switched to this vet and our first appointment was extremely clean, everyone was on time and I wasn't kept waiting at all.The staff was lovely and pleasant and each person who treated our senior cat was gentle and kind.They made sure to discuss each option including fees incase something was out of our budget. Very happy with the service for my pets.

All the staff in this animal hospital are excellent, with excellent service and considerate care. Every doctor is very responsible.
