Went to get myself to be insured for my vehicle however, the person whom I was speaking to got upset since it was my first time buying insurance. I was asking questions just because I wanted to make sure how they work. You can tell that the person was getting frustrated and in the end, they told me sorry we can't help you no more you have to find someone else.I was very much insulted. They did not want to negociate. It's like you can feel that they don't care for you and they only want your money.

I wanted to get home insurance with this company and the broker I dealt with literally told me he couldn't waste his time to write me a letter to say he would insure my house because I might go to an other company after he wrote the letter... seriously?broker: we can do a letter no problem miss
