Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company as a service provider. After a few years of unreliable service and what I can only describe as aggressive conversations when questioning invoicing, on to a more professional firm.

I am telling you to NEVER deal with this company! Dave the owner and his assistant Leta are unbelievably rude and unprofessional. Their service provider ripped up the lawn of my client (whom I supported to get these services in place). When we tried to cancel the service with them, they changed the cancellation date even after it was confirmed in writing. This will leave the client with less of a refund AND they wouldn't refund until after the end of the 30 day notice period, effectively holding onto the money longer than they needed to. They refused to speak to me or anyone who was in place to support this client leaving the client to advocate for themselves. So RUDE, and so HORRIBLE to deal with! Avoid them at all costs.

Missed 2 days of work, and I had to pay for a cab to get to work, this year and last year. Every snow event he's unreliable, look at every other parking lot in the area and they are always clear in a timely matter, this company won't show up for sometimes a couple days after. Then brings in a HUGE tractor for a narrow lot and leaves mounds of snow, so anyone with a car struggles or spends hours digging out. Nice 5 star review for yourself frosty"

amazing company to work for. top of the line equipment and managed extremely well. Attention to detail and safety while working is something they take very seriously.
