Riall (not sure of spelling) was fabulous help in our decision-making. Highly recommend him. No pressure at all. He and Moe, the sales manager excelled with their listening and even found pictures of similar layout properties to be able to better help us. Outstanding !! Even told me no" to certain items when my husband wouldn't ...lol..."

Don’t waste your money here. Especially on extended warranty. Because it doesn’t cover anything. Appliances break down after three months and a wait time of three months to get repaired. Fingers cross that you don’t have to replace anything because they just don’t make thing like they use to. Their products are garbage as well as their customer service.

Had the displeasure of dealing with Mo. Worst customer service ever. I mentioned we were shopping around and he got very upset. Belittled me until my husband walked over. Then ran away like a coward.We will never step foot in that store again.

Very poor service I had purchased a living room set like $7000 plus warranty for 5year after 2 year the set had very bad wear and they did all most noting to help I had completed within a year of having them and they brush me off would not recommend any one to purchased any thing there

Good furniture store, surprising there wasnt to many people around to ask if I needed help, looked like they were all busy. Clean and well kept, but a bit pricey and dark. Overall good experience!

It is expensive here. It's good quality and the staff are great but if you are shopping on a budget then maybe not the place for you.

Ok selection but every couch or love seat is massive cushion design. Does not matter leather or fabric. Nothing in stock of any modern look ,design.Staff were great just furniture for 1980

My daughter Mercedes had a few issues with her king-size platform bed Jordan from customer service came to our home nd replaced the part then when her headboard arrived there was a delivery fee he waived it nd is now bringing the headboard to our home free of charge ...customer service above nd beyond thank you so much.

Met your sales rep Dan today. He was a pleasure to deal with and very accommodating and ambitious. Went to two other Furnature stores after and found their sales reps were quite awkward unmotivated and the one I would say a bit abrasive.Whoever hired Dan, kudos!!!!
