Veterinary Allergy Dermatology and Ear Referral Clinic

Excellent care. This place saved me a lot of money as my vet did a food trial and then sent me here because they said my cat needed allergy testing. Well.. the specialist wasn’t convinced that he needed the testing and still thought it was good related. It was!!! Just not a common food allergy I guess. Thank you for saving me money and being honest that I didn’t need the test.

We had to go there do to Millie the calico has a inner ear infection and we have to go back next month for Millie to have a biopsy done to for out what of infection she has and how to treat it. This might be all related to Horner's syndrome. At the present moment, Millie is acting like a normal 15 month old cat. The experience at V.A.D.E.R in Morrison Ontario was very pleasant. Millie goes in for her surgery on the 19th of February if the weather permits.

Exceptional facility that specializes in animals with allergies which our 11 year old standard poodle suffers from. Dr. Yu is excellent and our dog Theo loves him.

Our dog Mylo was seen over the past year for his allergies and ear problems. We found the clinic to be very helpful and our wonderful dog is much better. We would highly recommend the clinic to any pet owner whose pet suffers from allergies.

We have a giant breed dog that we brought into this clinic. The staff were kind and gentle with both us and our dog which was great. The appointments are incredibly expensive for them to tell us what we already knew, that he was most likely dealing with a food intolerance. There is no test for this (not their fault). They sent us home with a new diet which made some things better and some worse. It is difficult trying to get ongoing support from this clinic after your appointment. You aren’t able to actually speak with them for free more than once with follow up questions which is not convenient when you’re trying to navigate managing an allergy dog and you have questions or are needing direction. Once I shared my concerns about the new diet, they directed me to switch to a different dog food. I did and it made everything flare something terrible. Not wanting to pay to communicate this/going through the hassle of trying to reach them for follow up care, I threw in the towel. I walked away from this experience thinking that we spent a heck of a lot of money to not be any further forward on our allergy journey.

So grateful for this clinic.Everyone from the front desk reception to the Veterinarians were amazing here! We especially thank Dr. Ward for promptly getting to the bottom of an ongoing issue with our dog in just one visit. My once very sick dog is now loving his life again. Highly recommend this team!!

Staff was great. I wasn't super excited about sending my dog in by herself but they were very good with her. The Vet ensured that I understood everything, she took lots of time to explain all the options. The amount of care they showed made me feel super comfortable handing off my Hazel.

Sent to this vet over a year ago. My cat has atopic food allergies. I asked for a RAST test. Told no. Found out TODAY that it IS done. I went once to this vet and told my family vet NEVER to send me back again. I have started to treat him with off-label that other vets use to control atopic skin allergies as THIS vet TOLD me that cats with food allergies ARE NOT anaphylactic. It just makes them itch and miserable from the itching, so I don't see WHY suppressing his immune system, leaving his open to viruses he may contract from his many escape ventures was EVER the best course of action. He's been on one dose every other day, not every day and the response is short of amazing! I am done with vets.

We see Dr. Yu for both of our dogs. Both the clinic staff as well as Dr. Yu are wonderful. Dr. Yu listens to you, discusses everything and goes over all of your questions, and is very kind and helpful. Definitely recommend him as a Dermatologist!

Terrible experience- dr. Ward turned my cat diabetic and has fatty liver disease. I dont know if she will make it out of this. Her skin is no better. Every recommendation made her worse. I'm so sad for my cat. I love her so much and I'm absolutely devastated
