WOW! This training was fantastic and so incredibly valuable. I strongly believe it should be mandatory for all real estate professionals. Not only did they debunk ideas that give us a sense of false security, they also provided us with real life examples and various tools that could be life saving. You get tips on how to screen unfamiliar clients, what to look for in body language, self defence tips, and so much more. Although some of topics can be pretty jarring to hear about, it’s important that we talk about these things in detail. In the real world, there is no censored version of the risks we face, so I’m really glad they didn’t hold back and kept it very realistic. Thank you Rob & Beth for all the work you do!

Rob and Beth are great trainers, in particular when it comes to REALTOR® Safety tips. They provide information in a practical way to help our members ensure that they are doing their job as safely as possible. Tips for things to watch out for when talking to their clients in person or on the phone, as well as signals to keep an eye open for when physically showing a property. Good gravy, these 2 are changing how our industry should value ourselves and our safety. Forget about jumping to show houses to strangers without asking all of your qualifying messaging. “Who does that”, what A Hole calls and says I want to see it now??? Then “throw them off their script”. Then “GTFO” Then how to get away… it was really good info!

I attended Rob's training today and I was so impressed on what we learned. I believe everyone should take this course. Fantastic Realtor Training program put on by Rob and Beth! I would highly recommend this to anyone who may work alone or find themselves in a vulnerable situation. Great tips on self defense as well that I was not aware of! All Realtors should take this course and all Boards should support it!

This course was amazing. Rob and Beth, were so kind in the training and sensitive to each of us women that were in this course. And Yes, there were men there also! I was really hesitant to go to this course at first, but I am glad I went. I left with knowledge, and skill if I was ever in a situation that was dangerous. This course has really opened my eyes in how I do my job. This course is not just for safety at work but in every day life. I highly recommend it. Rob is the Violence Prevention Specialist who is very knowledgeable and a great teacher. He is professional and will give you the tools you need to be safe.
