It’s not often I review retail businesses but this one is kind of important to me. I have chronically bad feet and yet I love to travel. After a number of bad experiences with different shoes that just never fit, the sales person here was so knowledgable and took the time to fit me with walking shoes that have turned out to be perfect for me. I have spent the last three days in Europe walking from morning to night and yet my feet have never felt better. So I guess this review is more of a thank you than anything, and I highly recommend the business to others.

Had an amazing experience, the staff were so friendly. It's much appreciated since it was my first time and I have bad social anxiety. All the staff helping were so great, I was helped in finding the proper size instead of just winging it. I've never had more comfortable shoes to go hiking in. The prices for the shoes are higher than other stores, but they are not made cheaply and they are so worth it. I've been walking almost multiple times daily and they're still as good as the day I got them. Thanks for the awesome service.

Consistently excellent customer service. I bought my first pair of shoes from Canadian Footwear nearly 20 years ago, and I keep going back. Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Shoes tend to be on the pricier end, but they're solid and last many years (unlike cheaper shoes I've bought elsewhere that wear out rapidly). The only downside to this location is that they don't have as much stock as the downtown location.

I purchased a pair of Birkenstock sandals in January of 2023. After very limited use the sandal strap failed a month ago. Store would not repair or replace sandal. If purchased from Birkenstock they offer one year warranty on sandals.

Went here for my first time and after that visit I will be returning everytime to get my work boots. This was the review I wrote after I was told by a worker that they had a 1 year return policy. I went threw with my purchase due to this. My boots started to fall apart after alittle bit of use. I just found out they bent the truth when selling me this product. Turns out the 1 year return policy that got me excited was only a manufacturing warrenty. If they told me this when I was purchasing my work boots I would of left and went to marks and receive a 100 day return policy. I will not be returning here for work boots any more. Reason for 2 stars was because they where a big help with finding right size. Other then that I'll just stick with marks.

The well-trained staff at Canadian Footwear ensure you get the right shoe for your needs. They offer a good selection of shoes, boots and sandals in sizes and widths not offered at other stores. They helped me find the right running shoes to alleviate the issues I was having with my knees while jogging. While you may find slightly better prices at big box stores, you won't get the same personal experience.
