The service is abysmal. The owner/operators are useless. Their knowledge base is limited and even messed up my prescription once before. Staaay awaayyyy

There is this lady she works in this pharmacy her husband holds the parking spot all the time and whole day. Considering this is hospital area and many people who come here for emergency or for their appointments can’t get parking.

Staff was so rude! I heard the man their boss or supervisor idk I think who was so impatient and rude and I felt super uncomfortable. And he made me feel stupid about my questions! And they were SO SLOW. He made me cry on my way home!! Only the women are nice. If I could give 0 stars I would. Get your meds elsewhere.

Came in to ask about a promotion in the IDA flyer. Employees were rude, slow to understand. The pharmacy was not that busy at the moment but they asked me to wait 15 minutes for them to tell me they don't honour all product promotions listed in the flyer.

Been a customer for years. Except for the odd time, the service is prompt and courteous.You just have to remember they get *quite* busy due to the location, i.e. in a downtown medical building. However, it's more personal and gives faster service than the Rexall across the street.

I’ve always received great service from this particular pharmacy but especially from the pharmacist, Roshdy. He’s always professional and courteous. Today I had to have a prescription delivered, from filling the prescription itself to the delivery, everything was swift and prompt. The delivery person (I didn’t get his name) was an older gentleman and was just as professional and polite. Amazing service, greatly appreciated!!!

Conveniently located compounding pharmacy. The service was excellent and they filled my prescription within 10-15 mins, while another compounding pharmacy nearby said it would take 2-3 days. I would definitely come back again!

The cashier was rude and impatient with me when I asked to buy an EpiPen over the counter, aggressively asking me if I had a prescription even though I didn't need one. The manager came and told me they had one EpiPen with 1.5 years until expiration and another at 1 year. She told me usually EpiPens only last 1 year- which I knew wasn't true. I said I'll go to Rexall instead but then they checked the back and another 1.5 year EpiPen was conveniently found. Very poor first experience at IDA and I do not plan on returning.
