Heritage Windows & Doors

On May 10, based on a referal, I reached out to Heritage to report 3 failed seals in my windows. On May 13 I was given a rough quote and I told Kim to please proceed. On June 16, with no update on timing i called again and was told they are very busy. It is now July 24, no one bothers to follow up. This business is not interested in customer service in the least. I have told the individual who highly recommended them about this and suggesterd they stop referring. Who knew getting 3 windows repaired was next to impossible from a window company?If any of Heritages competitors are reading this, I still have 3 windows that need repair.

I would give this company zero stars if I could, the customer service was terrible with the owner Shaun when I bought my windows 2yrs ago. The windows are constantly condensating and do the exact same thing my old wood frames did. I have purchased all types of air exchangers and dehumidifyers as was recommended by the company when the new windows started condensating at -4 celcius.I spent thousands on upgrades that they recommended and it has done nothing One of the windows would not even close and it took them months to come back and fix it using covid as an excuse to not fix a window that was brand new that was stuck in an open position. Worst windows and company to deal with, pay a little extra to someone else and avoid this company like you would avoid the plague!

Needed to replace a window crank system on a casement window. Staff were helpful, and went out of their way to make certain the part was correct.

We had two large windows installed by this company 1.5 years ago. The window is leaking. We have had to chase them down and call and follow up with still no resolution. The customer service is poor. The cost is high.

Store is open but only for curbside pickup. I dropped by today to get some small repair parts, staff were friendly and helpful, quickly retrieved the parts I needed and showed me how to repair the windows. Simple and easy, great service!

Heritage bought out Ross and claims only their assets, apparently wants nothing to do with their obligations. Ross Windows and Doors took payment for replacement doors, in full, and Heritage claims they never got the money. When I contacted Heritage by replying to their email, I got an emailed reply back from Ross. Despite claiming to be a different company with no obligation to deliver a paid-for product, it's clear the same staff are there, it's clear they're accessing emails to Heritage and Ross while claiming one company doesn't know what the other one is doing. It's a convenient excuse to not honour warranties (sorry, that was a different company, warranty is void), return deposits, or deliver on jobs paid for. They came and quoted us out for a job days before Heritage registered their website in a last ditch cash grab, and started washing their hands immediately after.Con job all around, check out reviews on Homestars and find a reputable company with many happy reviews for your next window or door job and avoid this place, hopefully that company will endure and warranty their product.

Ron and the boys were very efficient. The quality of our door and windows was awesome. They exceeded our expectations. We love what they did. They went above and beyond. We would highly recommend Heritage. Thank you.

Heritage replaced all my windows in our Viceroy style cottage last year and this year replaced an exterior door. Ron and his install team are highly skilled, extremely professional, courteous & reliable.PS: take the negatives reviews with grain of salt, there's likely more details to the story than what was posted
