We initially went in because our dog seemed to be in pain. Upon entering the vet first asked us if we wanted to put her down before even finding out what was wrong with her. We did some tests and decided to put her out of her misery a couple days later. Vet tech refused to place the catheter with us in the room, and when we came back both my dogs, front paws were bandaged and we were informed they couldn’t find a vein. They then attempted a butterfly needle which they had to attempt it three or four times before they found a vein. All in all, it was a very traumatic experience.

Very positive experience. The vet and the Vet tech were very informative, caring and patient with my cat who really did not want to be handled. The location was spotless. I would not hesitate to recommend this facility to any animal caretakers.

For our first visit, they took us in quick. They followed up 2 days later, it was appreciated, they showed concern and compassion, my nerves were shot lol but they were very friendly and in good moods, they made me feel comfortable!!

All staff members were caring and informed. We completely trusted their expertise and advice. Our dog is making a complete recovery from a serious illness.And the doctors called twice to follow up and make sure she was ok.

They got our cat in very fast and the vet and vet tech were very caring and understanding as my cat is not a go out and hang kinda cat lol she was very stressed and they made sure not to stress her any further

After going through a horrible experience and spending 1000's of dollars at our vets, only to have our dog die because she wasn't diagnosed properly. We heard about Gardiners Road Animal Hospital and immediately changed vets.I am so very grateful for their services, prices and kindness towards our animals! Even when our cat had to be put to sleep the respect the staff and vet showed was heartfelt.I strongly recommend this vet to absolutely everyone, even when we're out walking our dog I tell people about our experiences and how wonderful they are!

I highly recommend Gardiners Road Animal Hospital for all your pet needs. The staff were awesome and Dr.Mina was the most thorough veterinarian performing the most thorough exam on all of our babies and providing good information regarding vaccines.

Gardiners Road Animal Hospital
They are disrespectful and mean towards our sweet innocent animals. They don't deserve the honor of working with animals, and you can tell when someone isn't made to do their job or happy with their job/lives, and you can tell. These people yell at cats, shake them in their crates and are not in the right profession. Please do NOT take your animals here unless you want them borderline abused.

Thank you, GRAH, for being so open and responsive to helping our rescue cat have the least traumatizing vet trip possible. It really made an impact and we’re grateful that we haven’t lost any progress with him.
