Great experience with Dr. Riskallah! He took the time to explain the process thoroughly, my options and walk through the pros and cons and was immediately responsive with docs needed and post appointment communication. Clinic hours are also great, open late on weekdays and also open on weekends which provides great flexibility and the best amount of time slots/options. Would recommend.

I was looking for a new pair of orthotics and chose Dr. Riskal because of their high ratings and I have to admit that they deserve their high rating. I arrived earlier than my scheduled appointment and they tried their best to not to make me wait in the waiting area for long. They use 3D imaging which is more accurate and much cleaner than the traditional cast method.

The clinic is in a great location, receipts and insurance related documentation is issued accurately and quickly. I’d highly recommend Dr. Karim Riskallah as he strives to ensure that his patients get the very best care. He was very attentive to my questions, needs and expectations. He was very approachable, kind and helpful. He did a thorough examination of my condition and explained the treatment strategy and alternatives. He answered all my questions and asked if I had further questions. He also went the extra mile by helping with my insurance reimbursement.

Tried many walk-in downtown and this is by far the best. Dr. Brassil is amazing and really listens and takes the time to understand and go over your issues/concerns. I didn't feel rushed at all! Even the pharmacist was wonderful! The place is clean and comfortable.
