I came home after an extended absence to find the water heater had redecorated the basement floor. My first call was the plumber and he said you need Service Master. He did the calling and three were on the job by noon and worked for another 4-5 hours. 20 machines were brought in for 4 days to dry it and clean the air of mold. Someone came to check the progress each day. All of the the moldy cupboards and carpet was carried out of the basement and hauled away. Bob and Nicole and their team did an outstanding job and helped line up insurance claims. Thank you, Service Master.

Service Master of Clark and Jackson County here in Wisconsin is a place I never wanted to make a call to, but water and sewer backup claims brought me to call them. Surprisingly, what began as a nightmare turned into a very pleasurable experience. You know when you borrow something, you return the item better than when you got it. That is how I felt when the Service Master of C and J finished doing what they do best. I thought that the rooms looked better than before it was damaged. Nicole, one of the service techs, was an incredible, brilliant, hard worker who went the extra mile! Thank you, Nicole. Not only did Nicole go the extra mile, but the other techs I met were also very kind, considerate, and talented in restoring what was damaged to better than before. We had a pipe leak in the laundry room and made a mess of floors and walls. The guys from Service Master Clark and Jackson County came out that day they were nothing but helpful for the whole repair and dealing with the insurance company.

ServiceMaster of Clark and Jackson County go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. Bob is extremely knowledgeable regarding mold issues. Nicole who headed up the crew which came to do the mold remediation on my crawl space was fantastic. Dawn, takes care of the office, and no matter how busy they are, she always takes the time to answer your questions. Servpro of La Crosse told me it would take at least two weeks to get me an estimate. Bob & Dawn with ServiceMaster of Jackson and Clark County had an estimate to me within 48 hours, and this while they were super busy with flood and fire damage estimates to do.For the first time in the seven years I have owned my home, my crawlspace had standing water in it due to the extreme damage done to my yard by the construction crew when they put in a new electrical line. In order to help stop additional damage to my home's foundation caused by the mold, Bob put in a special cross ventilation system until the repairs to the crawl space were finished and they could come in and do the mold remediation. Bob is very careful and considerate of a customers' personal property. He actually took the extra care and moved my perennials and replanted them out of the way so they would not get damaged by the ventilation system. Something I very much appreciated when I got home and saw what he had done. You do not find that kind of extraordinary customer service, going above and beyond, with very many companies today.The crew did an awesome job cleaning off all of the mold from the wood in my foundation, getting into all of the nooks and crannies. Not a very easy job. They made sure every corner and every surface of my foundation was clean, plus they put on a special antimicrobial agent to help stop any future mold growth.I would highly recommend ServiceMaster of Clark and Jackson County and Bob and Dawn if you have any clean up needs required due to flood, fire, mold, etc.
