I have been going to Dr. Daisy Park for last 10 years. I have never seen such a pleasant, kind and experienced dentist. She handles each case delicately with utmost care. Her work is always perfect. She was able to save my original tooth which other dentist could not. She is a dentist at perfection.

Great Dental office, professional and courteous service. I would recommend Dr. Daisy Park and her team to anyone! Quaint home like setting, you almost forget you are at the dentist. Worry free processing of our dental claims, they do all the work for us!

I have lived in three different provinces, two different countries and have been to more dentists than I can count. Dr. Park and the team at Heritage Dental are without a doubt, the best dental office I've ever experienced. My cleaning and treatment was thorough and I didn't feel rushed, like I have at other dental offices. As a new patient I also was not pressured to do any work or buy any further treatment - which was refreshing. Dr. Park was so friendly and warm, which matches the warm decor of the old house-turned-clinic of the practice. I have set roots in Milton for myself and my family and will be making Dr Park our permanent dental office.

As always, it is a pleasure to walk in to Heritage Dental office. You are greeted with a warm smile by the front desk team, my hygienist was fantastic and of course Dr Park is awesome! Everything was on time and it was an extremely professionally run office, highly recommend.

Dr Park is by far one of the best dentist I have ever met. She is highly professional and meticulous in all of her procedures. Dr Park has the ability to make me feel comfortable and resolve all my dental problems. Her staff are very friendly and professional as they focus on patient satisfaction. They truly care about their patients. I travel over an hour for my appointments and it’s always worth the drive. Good dentist, but awful customer service, especially from the secretaries. They are pretty dry and unprofessional, charge you upfront without notice and their rates are way too expensive.Money oriented office. An example: They did the same filling over a period of ten months and were blaming me for it. What is worse, they didnt give me any notice and my insurance refused to cover the second one.

When I lived in Milton and even after moving to Mississauga, I was a patient of Heritage Dental. Dr. Daisy Park and her team of dental hygienists are wonderful and so friendly! The office staff on the other hand - not so much. I found the woman who does their appointment bookings to be downright rude and not at all helpful when it came to accommodating appointment requests or re-bookings. She turned me right off after my last attempt to reschedule an appointment that I could not make due to traffic, because of her attitude alone I have not returned and have avoided re-booking my follow -up appointments. She was the driving force behind my decision to find a dentist in my city and stop travelling from Mississauga to Milton for my dentist appointments.

Poor customer service. Asked me to pay upfront before processing my claim. Said it was my insurance who changed this but it was Heritage Dental. Kids needed extra cleaning asked me to call Manulife myself to determine recall frequency and units of scaling per year. Always appointment is rushed. Not recommended.

We have been together for 20 years and have enjoyed every day. I truly recommend Dr. Daisy Park for all your dental needs.
