I drive past five other pet supply stores to go here because of their excellent customer service. The owner helped me order in cat and dog foods that were impacted by the global shortages [in 2020/21]. Didn't shy away from the challenge and saw helping me with a problem as an opportunity rather than an inconvenience. At the same time, prices are consistent and reasonable. Great local business!
