The most fresh salad and juicy donair shawarmas. Can't go wrong with this place. Cannot go wrong, i can't stress this enough. I had the chance to order falafel and they were made to order and came out so juicy and yummy with a crunch on the outer crust. The owners are so wonderful people, even when they are packed busy with orders, always a smile to greet and always friendly. Blessed to have them in our community

If you want mid grade shawarma and a horrible customer service experience this is the place for you.Ordered my meal 50 minutes in advance, was told pickup at 6. Showed up 15 minutes early and by the time I left every person that was in line when I walked in had left. Why even order for pickup...Even watched another pickup order that showed up after me have his food given to the wrong person, however he got his food remade and still left before me.I understand servicing the customers that are waiting in line but having someone wait in your store for almost 30 minutes just because they ordered on the phone is unacceptable...

Great quality, pickled cabbage is a bonus, fantastic grape leaf rice. Would have given 5 stars but variety was a little weak. Definitely recommend and go back

Absolutely the best shawarma that I have found west of downtown Ottawa!Now matter how busy they are, I am ALWAYS met with friendly smiles and comical banter.(Perhaps those who have had a problem with the service here, should take a look at what energy they, themselves are putting off) The food has always been tasty, plentiful and fresh. Can’t wait for my next visit!!!!

Went today and I am all for blackened chicken when done Louisiana style, but every rack of chicken going today was burnt black. Would have taken a photo but that would have been too obvious. Back to my regular place in Stittsville I guess.
