Furnace decided to act up during the weekend, came out fairly quickly and repaired our furnace to work the rest of the weekend and came back out on the Monday to finish repairs. All repairs or replacement costs on furnaces are expensive, but I found Alfredo's cost to be quite reasonable and the customer service beyond what would be expected. I was given a proper explanation of the issue and told of ways to help keep my furnace running well for the years to come (which will help keep repair costs down).Thank you for keeping my house warm during this bitterly cold winter and the exceptional customer service/kindness :)
