The Hamlets at Penticton, an Optima Living community

Would be a good place if they had good management. Look at reviews on indeed jobs. No wonder this place has staff shortages.

The Hamlet's has been the best place I have worked, The staff is very helpful and compassionate, The residents are wonderful there smiles and laughter brightens my day.I always look forward going to work .

I was given a tour of The Hamlets at Penticton this weekend. It was very bright and clean, and the suites are so spacious and well designed. I met with a few staff members, they were all so friendly. I talked with a few residents who seem to really enjoy their life there. It is not an easy thing to think of, having to realize ones parent(s) are no longer capable of living on their own, but it is a reality many of us face. I would absolutely trust my loved ones to the care of the Hamlets at Penticton! Thank you Debra for the tour and for answering all of my questions.
