Consistently good customer service. They always try to go above and beyond. Lots of selection, and are always willing to orders products in if theyre sold out. I love how they provide hand sanitizer during these times, because I didn't expect them to open again. I also feel comfortable in there watching them clean/sanitize. Really impressed with the service and how willing they are to go above and beyond

Not a store I would normally go into, but my sister in law insisted on taking me. The staff are amazing, they make the entire experience feel way leass awkward and are extremely helpful.

My timid, bride-to-be friend asked me to bring her to adult store as she had never set foot in one before. We came here and the staff was very helpful, listened to what she was looking for and made great suggestions, advised on specials going on. From the moment you walk in you feel very welcomed, accepted, and non-judged and made 2 shy girls experience very fun.

There are some extraordinary staff at this location. They have a huge selection with competitive prices. However, there.are some staff that could care less if you were even there. One night we went in 10 minutes before closing. The staff member said we had to use a card because she had counted the cash already. Wasn't very impressed.

I have spent well over 3k at this store and had great visits there every time I passed through Red Deer but today was very different, discrimination of any kind will definitely not bring my business there. Very unfortunate.
