I was hunting around for a trade-up to an Atlas prior to a family vacation. After discussing options with the various VW dealerships in town, Myer's Hunt Club provided not only the best price/value for the new vehicle they were able to quickly find the exact car I was looking for and they had it ready for possession a few days later. Their trade in value was above average as well. Kevin as the sales manager was amazing to deal with and Heather as the sales rep was knowledgeable and a delight to do business with.

Thank you to Sean in Service department who helped me out early this morning when my coolant sensor went off. Very patient and helpful. Stayed on phone with me, told me where to check, what to buy ... basically held my hand virtually. Appreciate all your help Sean ... 5 ⭐️

To say I am pleased and excited is an understatement. Sabrina, the wonderful miracle worker she is, set me up in a car to suit my needs and make me feel so much safer as fast as she could. Her and my salesman Nick did a wonderful job, they have helped my family for almost a decade now, and I'm proud to be a VW owner and finally fit in with my family thanks to their help. This is the best ride I've ever had, and the best service I've ever found. I purchased a VW Atlas Cross. Nick P was the sales rep I worked with. He provided me with excellent customer service, answered my many questions professionally and with great knowledge. Called with short notice to get car serviced as, I rarely get a weekday off and they were eager and kind to accommodate. They shuttled me to and from while, waiting for the car to be serviced. They answered all my many questions. They finished quicker then anticipated and washed my car. Was wonderful service. I will absolutely return and recommend.

They didn't make me feel rushed and answered all my questions. they gave me options and a great trade in value in my last car! The staff working here should be recognized for their absolutely wonderful service. It is very much the gold standard of car dealerships.My wife and I were greeted by Nick, whose calming demeanour made us feel right at home. Not only was he courteous and caring, but very knowledgeable of the cars on the lot. He was willing to meet every one of our requests and was never hesitant to go the extra step to make us feel accommodated.We were then directed toward Brogan, another laid back professional who worked extra hard to help finalize the sale. His friendly attitude was very comforting and pleasant. He was helpful in walking us through some bureaucratic details which were unique to our situation.Honestly, we couldn’t be happier with our decision to purchase our vehicle here. Low stress experience. I put off buying a new vehicle for almost a year because I was anxious about the thought of having to deal with pushy sales people. Nick was great from the start, I sent him a list of features I was looking for in a Tiguan and he picked the perfect trim line for me. Sabrina was also such a pleasure to work with from start to finish and even after. I spoke with the sales manager, Kevin, a couple of times too just trying to figure out vehicle arrival timing and he was great as well. There was absolutely no BS involved at any point.
