I went to Fast Track looking for some replacement Silhouette brackets. Christina and Fred helped me out, finding new style brackets that make install/uninstall easier as the older ones had a plastic tip that breaks easy. I recommend this company according to my experience.

Had my Hunter Douglas blind re-strung on Nov. 21 2019 at a cost of just under $100. It lasted until Aug.16 2019 when two cords broke again. Phoned and was told it had a 90 warranty.I took it to Venetian Blind Service Centre in Vancouver and had the blind completely re-strung at a cost of $28 plus tax with a one year warranty.Don't waste your time and money at Fast Track.

Jenn, Art and Richard from Hunter Douglas made my day today. I have been looking for months for a certain valance clip for my Hunter Douglas blinds that I love that were purchased in 2002. They came to my rescue and found the right clips. They went above and beyond the call of duty to find them for me. Thanks you guys. You define customer service.

Took my 1 aluminum venetian blind in to be fixed (broken strings). They first gave me an estimate on price based on a picture that I texted them. This was then confirmed when I took it in. Service was totally prompt. Had my blind back in 2 days. Totally fair price

My sister-in-law's power blinds from Hunter Douglas failed and had to be replaced because they were still under warranty. Hector from Fast Track was out promptly to remove the blinds, ordered new ones, and had them installed promptly. He was very professional and friendly. Really knows his stuff. I talked to him about my power blinds sagging and that another installer told me that I had to use fresh batteries all of the time. Hector advised that sagging has nothing to do with weak batteries. It means the gears are stripped inside. I will now be hiring him to fix our blinds. Five Stars *****

Dropped some shutters there for repair. The desk person was unprofessionali never had that feeling of confidence that my blinds would be repaired. Took forever but they did get fixed eventually but I remember them calling me a couple of times right after I spoke with them. Very unorganized place.

Excellent service :-) I dropped my blind while taking it down and the rod in the top was sticking out one end. A few adjustments, and it was fixed while I waited.Thank you!

In contrast to an earlier review someone posted, I'd say I had excellent service. My blinds had been sent to Fast Track by HBC, where they had been purchased, for alteration since Hunter-Douglas realized one component was poorly designed and justified replacement (not that HBC bothered to contact me to inform me of that). The blind came back the wrong size (HBC had sent the wrong instructions) and when HBC customer service was slow and unresponsive I contacted Fast Track directly. Jenn took a personal interest in my repair, talked me through several strategies to avoid having to return the blind, and then arranged shipping for me to get the blind back to them. The blind was re-repaired promptly (though the shipping company was slow to pick it up and nobody at Fast Track tried to nag them) and works great. If you end up dealing with these folks be sure to ask for Jenn (but be aware nobody answers her phone if she's not in that day - not a great system).
