Clean My Space

The service has been great, our cleaner Lorna is easy going and does a thorough job. Customer support is very responsive and helpful! The web app and phone app are not the same but you can do what you need to do like leaving a tip, something I always forget because I never have cash. Overall, I've been trying out a few services and plan to stick with Clean My Space from now on!

We had an excellent experience with Clean My Space from start to finish. Calleigh coordinated everything with ease and answered all of our questions and made sure our needs were addressed with what we did and did not want cleaned in our house. Tarissa and Sandi were our cleaning specialists and they were prompt, friendly and professional. The house looked great afterwards. I’d highly recommend Clean my Space.

We have tried a few different cleaning services and Clean My Space is far and away the best we have worked with. They are extremely responsive when it comes to questions and requests. As well, unlike other services we have tried, they assign the same cleaner to come each week so they get to know your home and particularities and you get to know them (Jessika has been a dream to work with each week). We highly recommend Clean My Space!

I paid for a move-out Fresh Start and a fresh start kit, they were both fantastic and I was quite pleased with the service I received. I had Happy and Christopher I would recommend them if you’re able to, they were very kind, prompt, and organized, and they helped my move-out process immensely. This was my first time utilizing this company and I would definitely use them again, the kit will come in handy! Finally, the booking process was smooth, they had an app and user friendly website and I was able to leave comments and a tip in one place. Thank you Clean My Space!

I was super impressed with the entire Clean My Space service. I booked my clean through Calleigh and she was very responsive and helpful. The price was reasonable and in line with other quotes that I had received. My cleaner Lizeth, was friendly and came on time and provided a great clean that exceeded my expectations. She even cleaned the fridge, inside cabinets etcc and organized everything. It was a such a relief to come home to a sparkling clean condo. I'll definitely be using Clean my Space and Lizeth again.

I wish they set expectations when i booked my appointment. I was underwhelmed and disappointed, both with the cleaning itself and my dealings with them. (The cleaning speacialist was lovely and did their best! My disappointment lies with the company.).

We tried Clean My Space for the first time a few weeks ago and were very happy with the service. Price is reasonable. Booking staff responds quickly to inquiries. And the cleaning personnel did a thorough job cleaning our space. We've decided to bring them in for a bi-weekly cleaning.

It was my first time using Clean My Space. They came highly recommended by a friend, and I needed a deep clean for an large home being readied for the rental market. I ordered the ‘white glove service’ (Martha Stewart standard) and was so impressed with their 101-point checklist which gave me such confidence. Not only did their work not disappoint, it came at a reasonable price point. I was so impressed from start to finish: beginning with Calleigh in having an involved discussion re: the specifications for this task –she was such a consummate professional, and I knew I was in good hands. From there, the cleaners (who arrived early and keen) did a thoroughly impressive job, especially Chris who paid such care and attention to detail, the house was sparkling!! The customer service and follow up with me at the end of the job to check my satisfaction was impeccable and appreciated. I also loved the website, its resources: the cleaning product list, and the organized system of communication in liaising with me before, during and after the job! If you’re deliberating as to whether to use Clean My Space, don’t hesitate! I recommend this company without reservation! They are passionate about cleaning, quality and customer satisfaction!!

Recommend. I've been using the monthly apartment clean service for about 7 months now. The cleaners are punctual, and they do a really thorough job. When I come home, I feel like I'm in a show home.
