First time visiting the store & selling clothes! Process was easy - drop off clothes, fill out a form, wait for them to screen (?) & they’ll pay you cash. For me took about half an hour. Don’t expect you’ll get lots of money selling clothes - stuff they have in the store are very reasonably priced (some were around $1.99) and conditions are excellent. Will def revisit for my baby!

Owner needs an attitude check. The way she talks to her employees is unacceptable. She went on about how we have high standards and does not buy joe fresh etc. Are you kidding me?? There was some in your stock!!! Store was smelly....like dirty clothing.

The staff is friendly and kind answering all my questions. They are very helpful walking the store and providing recommendations if the item I came in for was sold before my arrival. Every visit is like a new store with many different items for sale.

If i give a place five stars its because its earned its five star rating. Likewise if I give a place two stars. So if you are looking for feedback, here it is. Your shop is too picky with items for sellers, and the quantity in the store across the ages shows. Items tend to be overpriced for used consignment items and sparse. Your staff is friendly and welcoming why I gave you the two stars, the store is clean those are some nice things. However I find a better selection of used items at the east end store that also buys publicly and tend to frequent there, they've received a higher review from me.
