Keven was amazing helping us select the perfect mattress and took the time to explain each one. At no point did we feel any pressure to purchase anything. Dealt with this store entirely by phone as I already knew which bed/model I wanted. Service was friendly and efficient. They were even proactive for rescheduling delivery when there was a chance we might enter another full lockdown. I was very impressed with every person I spoke to by phone and everyone went very smoothly.

Excellent service and VERY competitive pricing.. i have been on the fence about changing my mattress, and i finally decided to change. We were served by Vincent, and he was absolutely amazing. I ended up purchasing the TempurPedic Pro Adapt in Soft with the adjustable Ergo frame. All i can say is wow. Incredible product, but more importantly great service at the store. Ask for Vincent, you will not be disappointed!!

Our experience was exceptional. Our sales representative Kevin was beyond knowledgeable about all the products and helping use figure out what the best mattress for our needs. He listened to exactly what our preferences were in order to find us the best mattresses. I certainly recommend this store and Kevin when looking for a new mattress. A++ service!!

Very very disappointed about the support, I have bought the mattress from this store 7 Years ago, they sold the product with 10 years warranty, last month I made a call for broken coil on the mattress which making pain all on my back. They charge me $50 to send inspector for evaluation. The inspector found the product very defective. I was waiting for company feedback to call me and this never happened. when I tied to do follow up, they said that the mattress has stain and out of warranty!! since We know that the Domez vous could charge client for extra cleaning fee, this is nothing to refuse the 10 years commitment,... the 10 years warranty is fake and they will find a condition to void that, ...very disappointing
