Horrible!!Totally disappointed!!! Avoid storing here !!! They lost my tires!!I stored my tires in 104 avenue location since last winter. Last spring ,swapped my tires And stored my winter tires back in the same location which is brand new and just bought that winter( used only one season that too very minimally used & worth 800 $). Last week when I called them to change my winter tires andthey said no tires seen and it was not recorded in the system. After i said the billing details they accepted their mistake and they said it is available with them. As the dates were not available in that location, they suggested to book at yellow head trail location, where they can transfer the tires .. on the appointment date( today),once I reached they took the vehicle inside to swap the tires, while i was waiting there. After an hour they said the tires are lost !! And the staff just like that said they will try searching again or requested to buy new tires with discount price costing 600$ plus !!! Ridiculous!! When I contacted the customer service they said they will replace if lost .. then I asked the store manager but dint get a proper response… he says he will search or order later .. it’s already snowing and my tires are lost and no proper response!! Avoid this place !! Be careful!!****UPDATE !!! ***After continuous follow ups with the customer service and store , they replaced the tires on Nov 8 today …whenever I contacted customer service they said they will forward it to the store and someone from store will call back which never happened.. so I had to keep calling them but am glad they got it done now !!

I have had a number of awesome interactions with this particular Kal Tire and it is high time I write a review. Earlier this week I hit something big and hard on the Yellowhead while I was trying to merge onto the Henday. I knew it was BAD. But my tire pressure remained the same and my steering hadn't shifted, so I just kept an eye on it. Sure enough, two days later the tire pressure had dropped about 100kPa, so I knew there was a slow leak somewhere. Everyone's greatest fear is that the tire will be destroyed and that new tires for the whole car will have to be purchased... especially with how expensive things are right now, I was hoping to avoid that. I changed the tire out for my spare and noticed that the rim seemed to have taken some damage. Fingers crossed all I would need is a new rim! So I took it to Kal Tire on 149th and Yellowhead yesterday, explaining my story and the guy I spoke to (wish I knew his name, because he was truly the best) thought that they might just be able to reshape the rim, and voila, good to go. I showed up after work with less than an hour of their location being open and he took the tire in right away, with no appointment. Grabbed it for me and everything (I'm already dirty! I got it!") and told me it should be no more than 15 minutes and squeezed me in at the end of the day. Eventually he comes back to me and tells me that it is all fixed

Fantastic customer service and very competitive prices. Sourced my tires and had them installed within a week! Parker Shirt was great to deal with and answered all of my questions. Overall a great experience and confident in their work!

Went here to get my tire repaired. Service advisor was very friendly and informative. Tech that worked on my car on other hand must’ve been a 1st year apprentice or something. He couldn’t even get my tire back on the rim. I told the advisor to just put the spare on and just bag the wheel and put it in the trunk. Tech bagged the wheel and put it on my leather seat in the back, that’s not the trunk and that’s gonna ruin my seat now.Had to take it to another shop and it only took them 2 minutes to deal with it. Overall waste of my 1 hour of time they only had two tires in stock that they offered me to put on instead which were $450 per tire and also winter tires (not even in season). Even if I purchased those two winters that tech still wouldn’t be able to mount them anyway. Wouldn’t let those techs touch my car again.

The guy working the front desk, I believe his name was Parker, was very professional, quick and resourceful when I wanted to price out some new summer tires:)

Excellent customer service, fast and accurate work. Parker at front desk was also very patient explaining the options for tire storage and windshield wipers appropriate for my 2007 RAM. Our family always goes to Kal Tire for the tire swap, and we'll continue to to so.

Drove all the way from Ardrossan, only place that deals with tractor tires, fought the disaster that is the yellowhead and the posted hours are wrong. Thanks. Closed on weekends.

Parker was a huge help! He offered me solutions and good advice throughout the process while being friendly and professional. He was a great example of what excellent customer service looks and I would not hesitate to get assistance from them again. Their great service is why I will buy my tires only from them!
