Papas Pizza Land

I usually love this place it became my go to pizza place in town but I had the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant, I ordered a deal online and the system would not let me put 2 of the same sauce and drink in the order, I assumed I'd get 2 sauces and 2 dips because that was the deal but I was told by the cashier I needed to pay for the extra dip and drink even though it was part of the deal I paid for!!!! I will not be ordering from here again. I was also told to call but I tried to call to order this deal and was then told it was online only!

We order pizza from here often enough, and have always enjoyed it. This time however will be the last.We ordered pizzas online for delivery, and it took an hour and a half to get to us. I know it can be busy, and things happen, but it’s a very long time to wait.Finally we get the pizzas, and after the first bite we realize the dough is only half cooked, to the point of being inedible. We even checked the whole pizza to see if it was just one slice. But both pizzas we ordered were raw.We called the restaurant and were told we “didn’t ask for it to be cooked ‘well done’ so it wasn’t their fault that the pizza was cooked incorrectly”. We asked to speak to a manager, and after a bit of arguing they agreed to make us two new pizzas, but that they had other deliveries so they would get to us when they could.Fast forward and hour later, the pizzas come, and they are slightly more cooked than before, but still doughy.I know restaurants get busy, mistakes happen. But they didn’t even try to make it right, and they just didn’t seem to believe the pizza dough was raw.

Have ordered here before a few times and have always enjoyed their pizza over a lot of other places , I always get double topping and well done . Today I ordered party pizza and garlic bread and spent 51$ and honestly was really dissapointed with todays order. Almost no cheese on the pizza so was rather dry where usually in the past the pizza has been nice and cheesy. Wasent as hot as it usually is when delivered but did take over an hour today for delivery . Pizza delivery guy was sweet . Just expected more love on the pizza today .

Good selection of interesting flavours. We got the bbq chicken and thai sensation flatbreads. Both were yummy and full of flavour. Crust was a little burnt but still enjoyed.

Absolutely ridiculous pricing. Spent $70 on a large pizza extra cheese, half pep. and a medium gluten free pizza. I live maybe a kilometre away so we ordered for delivery. Wow, I should have taken the family out, dining in especially from here is now “not a chance”

One of the best pizzas in town! This is our go to for when we just don't feel like cooking. I absolutely love that they have Keto crust so I can enjoy pizza with my family. The variety of toppings and specials are great!

Delish pizza with unique flavor combinations, fresh and reasonable prices. Crush was light but crispy. Top 5 pizza parlour.

Fantastic pizza! Lots of really unique signature pizzas to try out. There is always friendly staff whenever I go there.

Worst customer service experience ever. We ordered 3 pizzas, only two arrived but we were charged for all. Driver tried to argue that with us until we showed our receipt. When we called the restaurant they were extremely rude, did not apologize and hung up on us. Claiming to be understaffed is not an excuse for being so rude. So so disappointed.On top of all that, it took them an extra 45 minutes from when they said the order would arrive, and the large pizzas were almost no bigger than the medium that we finally received.I actually really enjoy this pizza but to have this terrible level of customer service is just not acceptable.

Like your pizza but for an online pickup order you add an automatic 10 percent tip as well as a handling fee? Cancelled my order. Tired of being scammed
