BUYER BEWARE! If you use this engineer he will string you along and you will never be done with your problem. You will have to put him on your payroll for a year and even then the problem won’t be solved.

Im a contractor by trade and have been working with drawings for multi million dollar projects across Canada for 20+ years.. the drawings Paul provides are very professional and detailed.. you won't be disappointed choosing him to do the work you require.Finding Paul to do the work at our 1914 cottage to bring it up to standards was the most amazing experience, I had to post about it.We had been dragged around by another engineer in the area for months before we found Paul. Paul came in for one visit to take measurements.. said we would have our drawings completed within a few weeks. He delivered precisely on schedule as promised for a great price. We were prepared to spend twice the amount for a large name firm to come do the drawings but luckily we found Paul. We actually had criticism from the town on the drawimgs from our original engineers drawings and had to fix and resubmit.. When we had Paul make the new drawings and submit the city, they commented on how well done they were.Absolute amazing person to deal with, amazing price and delivers on time.. what else can you ask for? look forward to working with him in the future for any project I require drawings for.
