I ordered a 5 piece 2 can dine combo with fries and mashed potatoes. The fries were okay. However, the mashed potatoes and chicken made it one of the worst Popeyes I've ever been to. Unfortunately, the chicken breast went bad, which I immediately had to throw out, and the mashed potatoes tasted off. Overall, I'm really disappointed, especially the fact that everything has been getting more expensive nowadays, yet the quality of this went down, which is extremely disappointing.

I ordered 3 pieces of tender on Monday. They were not crispy at all and the outer part was more chewy... it felt like it was pretty old. I'm never getting these here. They were very disappointing.

Worst Popeyes store in this area. Save yourself time and money and go to another location to order. I ordered 3 Thusday special and paid extra to have breasts instead of wings. The breast pieces were so small the size of 1/4 of an actual chicken breast. The drumsticks were the size of my thumb, and the rest of the pieces were all skin. On top of that, it was so cold.. skins were soft and soaking in oil and not edible. I decided to go to this location since it has opened recently and I assumed they're probably focusing on their food quality to attract new customers, but I guess I was wrong. The 30 minute wait time at the Elgin Mills location is well worth it!

They did not get everything right, fries are missing the ones that i paid for & i ordered spicy chicken but instead i got mild chicken also my chicken tasted like it has been sitting for hours. I am so disappointed of this order, I need a replacement or refund… i took pictures for proof.

BEWARE OF THE COLESLAW! Ordered chicken, biscuits, gravy, and coleslaw. Everything was good except for the coleslaw. I normally love Popeyes’ coleslaw, but the one I ordered from here tasted and smells like it went bad. I’m pretty sure it did go bad. Very disappointed.

Bought family meal for $50.Quality of chicken was very poor. It was not fresh, probably previously frozen, almost had bad smell.Biscuits were stale, not fresh. Tastes like baked yesterday.I wasted my money, kids did not like the food at all.It was a treat for kids after successfully passing karate test. Really bad treat.They had great quality of food in the beginning, when they just opened. Not anymore.

My dad never throws away his food but this is the first time he has. The chicken is okay but the breading is too much…fries are good. The lettuce on my dads sandwich was going bad… other Popeyes locations seem to have good food but this one is wack

Horrible service, first time they messed up my order and over charged me, second time they messed my order again! Third time I waited 25 mins for a sandwich. This place is under staff and peoplewho work here have no idea what they are doing! Do your self a favour and skip this location.
