DSW is your go to for designers foot wear like sketchers, Addidas, Nike , and lots more. They sell bags and some fancy accessories.

Huge shoe store with so many varieties of all kinds of shoes, sandals, slippers, peep toes, boots, ballerinas, stilletoes, runners, etc. at good prices. There is also a clearance section at the end of the store, which may have some good deals sometimes. Worth a visit.

DSW, is one of my favorite shoe store. Huge variety of designs.

Too pricey. Bought a pair of sneakers here. In a week I saw the very same sneakers at the winners store for $30.00 less. Of course, I returned it

The lady here is so kind, Accommodating she make sure that we are being assisted. It’s just so pleasant that you are walking in a store with a happy employees.

Some good deals to be had here. Don't ever buy shoes at first price here. Chances are there will be a deal eventually on them. Lots of parking, only wish that getting in and out of the area was easier.

I went to DSW for the very first time at 80 Great Lakes, Brampton location around 12:45-1:30pm. Employee Jasmeen (Black long curly hair, a little on the heavy side and at least 5’4 in height) was very rude to me when she cashed me out. There was only one cashier at the time and Jasmeen jumped into the cash counter. She called me and it took me a second to go to her counter.When I approached, she was tapping her fingers as if she needs somewhere to be and I am holding her up. I greeted her and she just ignored me. She asked for my number and I said “ I haven’t signed up with you guys yet” and she gave me attitude about how it’s just to keep records of my purchase and they don’t send out emails. So I went ahead and do gave her my number.Then after she rung up my purchase, I looked in the bag for my receipt and she again rudely told me the receipt is in the bag as if I offended her for even making sure it’s there when I didn’t even bother asking her in the first place.Very bad and poor customer service it’s almost nonexistent. She seems miserable and just didn’t want to be there as if customers are inconvenience to her. I don’t know if she’s just having a bad day, racist, disrespectful or discriminatory against people who just wear sweater and sweatpants. I don’t know what her deal is but she seems to be suffering as an employee at DSW and takes it out on other people.

Nice store with competitive prices!! Slightly smaller than some other DSW locations. Good staff overall. Gurleen was super helpful !!

The place and people are nice but for the size of the store they never have sizes and no new designs i guess its withthe name.

In late 2019 early 2020, I was searching for my wedding day shoes. I can honestly say I spent a considerable amount of time browsing online and in-store for the perfect wedding shoes. I was looking for a pair with a wide width and heels that were 3-4 inches high, I was flexible with the colour - white, ivory, nude, cream or silver etc., and they had to be suitable to wear for at least 8-12 hours. The ideal shoes had to be light, durable, and extra comfortable for ultimate support and comfort throughout the whole day and night.I tried on a pair by Essex Lane at DSW Vaughan Mills and seriously considered purchasing them for at least an hour. I wanted to be sure I had the opportunity to review all my options before buying them, after all these had to support me comfortably for many hours of standing, sitting, walking, and dancing. After a few more weeks of searching without success, I finally purchased them online and picked-up from the DSW Trinity Common location. I was really fortunate to find the perfect wedding shoes, I wore them from 12:00 PM until 9:30 PM on our wedding day and they are the best heels I have ever purchased so far.We visit Designer Shoe Warehouse a few times a year, and sometimes visit different locations depending on where we are shopping. Each time I shop in-store I have a good experience for many reasons; they often have a large selection of styles to choose from, they typically have my size and sell footwear suitable for wide widths. The prices are great and the space is comfortable and enjoyable to shop in.
