On numerous occasions I have entered this particular Tim Hortons for counter service and have had to wait at minimum 5 or more minutes to be served. They cater to their drive thru service and lack the staff to wait on customers that enter the the door. As with most tims the coffee is average but usually fresh.

Regular iced coffee and tasty baked goods. We went in because the drive through line looked long and later realized that there was less staff attending inside customers so it took a while to order.

Most stand out Tims location. The staff were so friendly and efficient. I'm not sure if something changed, cause wow to the bad previous reviews. But I travel across Ontario and was thrilled with the service I received today.Even with a big line, they cleared it out faster than I've ever seen at any location. All of our drinks and food selections were prepared perfectly. Location was clean and organized.

When I first came to Canada, Tim Hortons cup is the first thing I noticed. Everybody have a red cup with Canadian flag on it. At first I wondered what it is. Where does it come from?. And when I walked and walked, around the corner I found a coffee shop named Tim Hortons. I decided to have a cup of coffee for myself. And there it is. I'm one of the daily customer now. I love triple triple. Have a cup of coffee and may happiness be with you.

Staff is pushy, your made to feel like your being rushed like they just want your money and leave. 9 out of 10 times this locations coffee tastes burnt.

I stood at the front counter for at least 10 mins without even an acknowledgment, there was about 9 employees working and no one came to take our order. The manager even walked by and said nothing.Absolutely disgusting. No customer service at all..I even asked if anyone was serving at store front, and no one said a word or looked over.

Went to this Establishment at 9pm on a Thursday. The staff were listening to ethnic Indian music at a very obnoxious sound level. Not that I have any issues with this kind of music (I listen to it on occasion) but for a Canadian establishment it’s unacceptable

This place is definitely confused. The app states it is located on 180 West Rd where as signage is 1150 Hanes Road…The staff here is plentiful but for an order of an XL French vanilla with a strawberry shortcake doughnut pairing took a total of 25 minutes to complete. To top things off, the French vanilla is a medium at best and very watered down.Will definitely look at other options when in the area (A&W next door?)

Amazing location and really helpful staff. The plaza has got enough parking. If you are visiting Muskoka or Algonquin the Huntsville Tim Hortons is perfect for your break.

I don't like giving a bad review but this place was just too much to not say anything about their service when asked.They served the drive thru while making the inside patrons wait. I set in the car waiting for my friend to return with our food and drink.We waited 20 minutes before I finally had enough and asked for my money back so I could go to a place that cared enough to serve their inside patrons as well.
