Highly recommend renting here! Rates are very reasonable (we rented 5 electric scooters for 24 hours, cost was much less than other downtown rental companies). Owner went above and beyond helping us out with early pickup. We will definitely rent here again! Thanks J!

Excellent service. I appreciated being able to rent for overnight, it was so much more convenient. The only difficulty we had was managing the locks. They’re big and challenging to thread through the wheel. I was concerned about causing damage. Overall, a terrific experience!

We rented a scooter. For starters, the safety bell didn't work, a pretty important safety feature on an escooter. A bigger issue was the cell phone holder wouldn't hold the phone snug, resulting in a broken cell phone screen. The owner implied it was all my fault, this never happened to other customers". Buyer beware. If anything goes wrong with his faulty equipment

We had the absolute best experience renting skis and snowboards from VanEcoRide, exceeding all of our expectations. J is an extremely friendly person who went above and beyond to offer us his expertise in everything from the drive to the mountain, to which lifts to take, to skiing advice.We got the complete set, and every piece of equipment including the jacket+snowpants was of impeccable quality and well maintained. The value for the rental is much more affordable than other places, not to mention worth twice as much as what it’s priced. J also enthusiastically accommodated all our preferences and requests when choosing our equipment.More than that, he took the time to show us how to make adjustments to the ski equipment ourselves as well as add a fresh wax to the board. It’s rare that customer service really impresses you, but J blew our socks off with his helpfulness, flexibility, and generosity. He takes the time to get to know you and your ski experience so that he can match you with the perfect equipment. There was traffic coming back from Whistler and he was also very understanding about our return time. You cannot go wrong by choosing VanEcoRide, it was a top notch experience all around.P.S. if you are at the location’s front door and having trouble getting in, just give J a call.

Best service and reasonable PriceI’ve been there twice to rent ski gear. The equipment there is clean and well maintained.In addition, the staff is very kind. He tried to find the right size for me and checked carefully whether it suits.Definitely, I will go again

Service was amazing. Rental was super easy. Rates were incredibly fair. I’d go again but I think I need to buy a scooter now. The scooters are quite good by comparison to the other services. Can’t go wrong I think.

We rented scooters for the night from van eco ride for our girls trip to van for a concert . We had an absoloutely amazing time scooting around the city , it was such a fun experience and gorgeous new way to see the city. We checked out a few place for rentals but van eco ride was definitely the best value for money. Very reasonably priced , we had amazing time , no issues with the scooters at all everything needed was provided and the battery lasted very well it didn't even get low while we were riding ! Can't wait to come back and go scooting again !

10000% recommend renting from J. It was my husband and I’s first time skiing and J was so helpful! He provided all the equipment we needed and even threw in some tips and tricks that were super helpful once we actually went skiing. The equipment was all very very clean and well maintained.
