Amazing customer service from Quote to Completion. At time of quote very responsive, answered all our questions, gave us a lot of confidence they knew what they were doing and what the options and alternatives were. Provided options to us when we were unsure. Between quote and start of work kept us up to date with schedule and rain delays, never had to wonder what was going on. During construction, i could not believe how hard this team worked, i could not believe how much they got done each day. They kept us up to date as to when they would be there and what they were doing, they let us know when they needed us there to make a decision on something. It was hard work and about 30 degrees, these guys are workers! The team was friendly and nice and even my neighbors commented on how nice and polite they were. The product they produced was above my expectations, everything was beautifully finished and left tidy. I honestly can not believe just how much we LOVE our garden now. They did such an amazing job i cant thank them enough! I would not hesitate to recommend them for their customer service, and for their product.

Superb customer service with Alchemy Landscaping. It was a pleasure to work with Aynsley, she was very responsive to my inquiry and quickly and easily scheduled our aeration. The gentleman that completed the job was cheerful, courteous and conscientious. We will refer our friends and family to Alchemy. They were top notch and very customer service oriented.

Alchemy took care of my snow removal in 2023 and did a fantastic job. I tend to be a perfectionist (yes, even with snow removal) and their work exceeded my expectations. The job was always well done in a timely manner. Aynsley is a great communicator and committed to providing excellent service.
