I have been a customer with these folks for over 20 years and simply put, it is because of quality and quantity of products available plus their devotion to customer service. They have never, ever failed me and will go above and beyond. Always greeted with smiles and a cheery hello. Why would you go elsewhere?

Over a decade dealing with these people: never a problem and, more importantly, never a batch that didn't make the grade. Have recently begun to use the in-store service: well worth the price for not having to clean bottles and lug carboys around. Great fun!!

Great experience there - I have bought 2 DIY beermaking kit and it's always been a success. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about what they're doing. I highly recommend this shop!

I was looking for very specific products. The man who helped us ordered in the products we needed and let us know promptly when it arrived. (Looking for gluten free items.) When I showed up to pick up my stuff, the employee looked at the recipe for the beer I am making and went and got me the exact amount of everything I need.Super happy with my experience here!

We were new to home brew but Brian was so helpful. He gave us a full demonstration on how to do everything and gave us total confidence that we could do it. We have many many brews now and we are so impressed with all their guidance and help that we would never consider going anywhere else.
