Roma Nord Bistro
Incredible place to dine! Authentic Italian food. The service is outstanding, the food is always fresh, and wine selection is excellent. The overall experience is what truly stands out at Roma Nord Bistro! Danilo, his wife Angela, and all the staff make you feel at home and are always very welcoming! Always enjoy coming to eat here and will continue to recommend to others!

While I thought the service was upfront, honest, knowledgeable, and punctual with a zing of wit, the food was lacking cohesive flavour, and the pasta was overdone. I will concede that it may have been challenging since we were a table of 6 on Canada Day, and were informed that the chef works woth only 3 burners. Be prepared to wait for food or order multiple of one dish to get it sooner. Can't beat the downtown location, even if it is smaller Bistro style dining

We usually never go to Italian restaurants abroad, but this is the exception. We really wanted a good plate of pasta that tasted like at home, and this restaurant exceeded our expectations! Everything tasted amazing! The waiters are very nice and their friendliness adds to the Italian ambient. The perfect restaurant if you want to experience eating out like in Rome!

Blown away by our experience here! The romantic atmosphere, attentive staff, and delicious food have us already planning our next date night. The owner helped us pick out a bottle of wine and decanted it on the table for us. He even gave us limoncello on the house after desert!

Spent an anniversary dinner at Roma Nord and was not disappointed! The bruschetta tasted fresh, and did not skimp on the tomatoes (or the EVOO). The truffle mushroom ravioli was rich and delicious. We had caramel panna cotta for dessert, which offered a light and refreshing balance to the meal.The main courses took a while to come out, but was to be expected for a Friday/weekend evening, and the servers were quick to communicate this once we were seated. It was a bit confusing as there didn't seem to be a specific server assigned to our table; we had at least 2 others ask if they could get us started with anything - after we had already ordered our bruschetta.

Loved our experience at this Italian restaurant. The service was friendly and excellent. Food and drinks were so flavourful. Enjoyed a wonderful evening with friends, great atmosphere. Owner personalized our experience with his flair for the dishes. Will be back for sure.

I had an incredible dining experience at Roma Nord Bistro! The restaurant itself was beautiful, with lovely decor and a cozy atmosphere. The staff and owner were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel like in Italy. The menu offered a wide range of options, I decided to go with their gnocchi with basil, which was divine. Also, they had an impressive selection of amazing Italian wines. The olive oil they served was out of this world - I couldn't get enough of it! And the tiramisu for dessert was the perfect ending to a delicious meal. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an authentic Italian dining experience. The food, wine, and atmosphere are all top-notch, and the staff and owner truly make you feel like family.

I can't express how impressed I have been with the food, atmosphere and hospitality of Roma Nord. I have attended multiple large group birthday events here and the service is top notch. The owner makes a point to visit each table and the servers gave us excellent attention to detail. The food was incredible and authentic. I will be bringing more group events here! Can't recommend enough!

Service was truly exceptional, with attentive and friendly servers who made us feel valued throughout our visit. The owner was warm and very welcoming, would rate the service a solid 11/10. However, I must admit that the food fell a bit short of my expectations. While the portions were quite generous, the taste was rather bland. I believe this might be due to the fact that the restaurant was super busy when we dined. I was expecting more considering the price we paid for. Dessert was unbeatable, will definitely come back for that.
