Friendly, excellent and accommodating! Stacey and Larissa provided a smooth and easy experience for me at Truro Nissan. The cars that I test drove were always warmed up and ready to go when I arrived from Halifax. They were knowledgeable and handled all the little details with efficiency. They also stayed late one evening to arrange for the pick up of my chosen vehicle to avoid an oncoming snow storm. Thank you for the wonderful customer service.

What can I say? Quite possibly the least painful experience in history at a car dealership. Someone once said to me, if you want a good experience at a dealership, go outside of the city. That proved to be 100% true here. Got a great deal on a 2018 Titan Pro4X, they gave me more than top dollar on the trade in for my Xterra. Amanda was great to deal with, I was only in the browsing process, and she had me driving away in the exact vehicle I was looking for a week later. Laura in finance is magical and she can make a deal happen! Was brought around the dealership and met a lot of the staff there, which all seemed great. You just don't get this kind of service at the large dealerships in the city. I'll be back!

tried to get service here for my Nissan Versa Note SL multiple times. first time they did not call back to give3 me an estimate, then when I called them back and made the appointment they didn't even fix my car. I wanted my cigarette lighter replaced and they couldn't even do it. They ordered in the wrong part and did ZERO follow up to rectify the situation. I called back, and emailed, with no response. The car was brand new to me and still under warranty and the part would have been paid for by the dealership but they did not even try to help me replace it before the warranty was up. Now its up and i cant get it free. They left tools and garbage in my car that my toddler picked up and almost smashed my window with. A very strange looking screwdriver. I will never go back.

We bought our first Nissan at Truro Nissan and we couldn't be more pleased with the friendly, no pressure, professional service we experienced here. We had the pleasure of purchasing our new Pathfinder with the help of Stacey and Larissa. The atmosphere here is very cordial and the ladies were very helpful in explaining all the features of the vehicle we were interested in as well as all the financial and warranty options available to us. The overall experience here was exemplary from first walking in to driving off the lot in our new ride. We would highly recommend Truro Nissan to anyone interested in purchasing one of their quality vehicles, and having a good time doing it!

Just a couple of days ago I bought a new 2022 Rogue Platinum. The team of Stacey in sales and Larissa in finance took great care of me. Stacy really listened to me and heard what I wanted and worked to get me into the perfect Rogue. I thought buying a car was an ordeal before this experience. We needed a new (to us) vehicle, and we decided to go with a pre-owned Qashqai from Truro Nissan. Turns out it was the right decision, because I can’t say enough good things about our experience.Upon arriving, Blake greeted us, offered us beverages, and gave us the run down of all the features of our vehicle. He was so kind and easy to talk to, and also very knowledgeable about the vehicle itself and was able to clarify anything we came across during the test drive that we didn’t fully understand.After meeting with Blake, we met with Larissa to sign all of the paperwork and to go over the warranties and perks that we were eligible for (which actually turned out to be a lot of perks!) and after a nice conversation with her, we were on our way out the door with our new vehicle. She was awesome, and she even invited us to their staff BBQ for lunch as it was noon on a Friday.While we were in the office signing off on the vehicle, Blake had pulled it up in front of the dealership so we got to drive off the platform and into the sunset (haha), we thought that was a really nice touch!We were absolutely blown away by their helpfulness, kindness, and attention to detail to make our experience as smooth and pleasant as possible.We have never owned a Nissan before, but after our experience here, we’ve agreed that when it comes time to upgrade, we’ll be going straight to Truro Nissan! We love our Qashqai and would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone looking for a vehicle, new or used!

Amazing customer service, had a few little/odd things come up with my kicks and they made sure everything was done to fix them. They really went above and beyond the “norm”. I travelled from Halifax to buy my car and will continue to go back. Thank you for all the extras!

Took our Nissan van for it's regular check up and was thrilled and delighted to have it returned to us CLEANED !!!! They washed the exterior which is such a great added touch to the service.
