Very helpful staff. Jeff answered all my questions and helped me with my phone issues after we got my cable sorted out.

This started out being a Jarring experience at first but in the end Tracy was able to turn the experience around. Thanks Tracy, customer service training needed for new staff.

Great customer service. Short wait times to get assistance. There answer all my questions and were very professional. During the short wait time you can browse the different phones and accessories in the store. There is touch screen panels you can use to see their cell phone plans and other services they offer.

If ur native and you go to this sasktel they treat you like ur dumb and like ur a bother so I suggest you go to the stone bridge location way nicer there I went here to pay my wife's bill and if I were her I would switch do a different provider

Zero customer service, did my credit check without my consent and the service which I asked for was not activated I had to pay at another store for the same service

Great service and friendly tytyty got new s23 ultra 512 n galaxy 5pro watch for myself n gf n love them n glad I got the upgraded ones by mail order not store stock and help and support and battery life way better n makes it past a day where non pro watch 5 was like 16 hrs n pointless if can't make it though a day n wake up to see vitals not dead or if you were lol and pro makes day n half plus with heavy use n good to go where other few songs n sleep n dead so get pro if into watches and only quam is YouTube music n need to switch app n delete others that play music to get it to play music from you tube music on watch n very poor to have to work around n wait to work and sometimes don't so need to buy n dl tracks n dl to watch if want music reliable on it at a touch of a button or 2 lol

Trash store, if you need to contact them you get sent to a call center and you can never talk to anyone here unless you drive there. No way to leave a message or anything. And the call center is less than helpful. Seems like you get better results talking to a wall then trying to call

No pleased with the service I received yesterday. I got a call that my dad’s phone was ready to be picked up I told them I would be there around 1:30 to pick up the phone they said that would work I get there at 1:40 and they said I have a 15 min wait as you don't have an appointment and I said well I didn't realized I needed an appointment why did you tell me that and she said well you don't need an actual appointment to come and I said I would be there around 1:30 so why didn’t you book me an appt and she replied with You never told me to book an appointment and well I have to go get my daughter in 15 mins. So why can't you go get my phone as it was just coming back from repair and she said well I can't do that because it needs to be set up and I said no it doesn't it was sent away for repairs. So can you make me an appointment for 2:10 she said she will. So I came back and at 2:17 we are still not in finally a different lady came out and asked if I was just grabbing the phone and putting the SIM card in myself and I replied back with yes so she went and grabbed it.
