Spice Hut Indian Cuisine.
Valentine's Day, figured they'd be busy so put my takeout order in at 1pm for 6:45 pickup: 1 mild spice butter chicken for the children to split and 1 medium spice for my daughter and I., couple naans and rice. Simple, right? My order wasn't ready til 7:15 and they mixed up the marked lids on the containers. Kids don't eat spicy, but the adults do... that's why they should mark the lids accordingly. Spice Hut had one job, and they blew it!

Spice Hut Indian Cuisine.
I’ve been ordering for the past few months and love it, however the last two times my food was extremely spicy compared how it’s normally made. I even stepped down the heat from what I normally get and still it was on the extreme side. Won’t be ordering again if they can’t make consistent food.

The food was excellent. The waitress was great! It did take about 1/2 hour to get our meal but it was worth the wait.

Spice Hut Indian Cuisine.
Rice was a bit mushy and wet, but everything else was great. The spice level was a bit lower than i expected but the sauces were delicious.

THIS IS THE BEST INDIAN FOOD IVE EVER HAD. Was recommonded this location from a co-worker and it does not disappoint. Now my favourite indian cuisine place. Ive darn near tried all of their dishes. My personal favourite, Shahi Paneer!

Spice Hut Indian Cuisine.
Amazing food !! If you are visiting island and if you are nearby you must try this place at least once. I ordered Shahi Paneer with garlic naan. The taste of the food was good, but the naan was a bit chewy. Perhaps because it was prepared earlier than the curry, but otherwise it was a good meal. My favorite part of the meal was the saffron rice. I could easily just eat rice by itself. We went around closing time, so it wasn't busy, and we got service quickly. In general, the vibe of the place is good. It's not too fancy, but it's neat. There is also ample parking available.

Absolutely wonderful food and amazing service. Ample parking and great views. Ocean views across through the seating area and ocean view patio. Very friendly service and good atmosphere. Tried yellow lentils and Palak paneer dish with Naan. Will definitely visit again.

Best Indian Restaurant on Vancouver Island. Must try lamb masala & karahi paneer.They also have good spice hut combo specials.
