I am astounded that this organization is still in operation. We literally got a hoodie in May, that was ordered last October. You cannot reach anyone at the store and they have more restrictions than a hospital when it comes to shopping. I get angry just thinking about having to go back here. My pet peeve, you get thirty minutes to shop, a very uninterested 16 year old who has no idea about sizing walks to the back at a snails pace to grab one item at a time. Urgh. Please petition the school board for a new provider.

Communication with this company is the worst I have ever experienced. Can’t get a hold of anybody and even when you do nobody has answers on your order. Barrie needs another uniform store this company doesn’t deserve all these sales.

Amazing first time in store shopping experience! Booking of appointments was easy, my daughter and step daughter were fitted, tried on and bought everything they needed to start!Best part was Nadia!! She was greeting customers, helping with checkout, assisting everyone with respect, confidence, kindness, a big smile and she’s knowledgeable, answers all questions with ease. Nadia is the face of customer service perfection and my daughters and I were grateful for her dedication! Thank you for making the transition to high school even more exciting!!

The worst experience and customer service ever! We ordered the items on 4th August and our order is yet to be completely fulfilled! There is a reason why we ordered a certain number of items, providing just part of the order is not the answer..... you need to deliver ALL the items you have charged for! Spent a large sum of money and this unprofessional service is unacceptable! Each time customer service is contacted, they repeat a standard reply, the items are not ready yet, when they are ready you will get an email to pick up....... the email never comes! We were told 2 weeks ago that we would be contacted the following week and the items would be ready to collect, but no communication thereafter! How can I accept this answer and keep waiting even after 3 months? I asked to escalate the matter, the manager Jillian does not answer her phone or respond either! The response to other reviews here that the customers were provided emails regarding supply issues etc is unsatisfactory..... ITS TIME YOU ADDRESSED THE ISSUE AND DELIVERED!"

If I could give five stars to Nadia, the woman who helped us, I would.My poor rating is due to the fact the manager came out and loudly reprimanded her in front of us and other customers for customers gathering around the storey board. Apparently we were supposed to stand in front of the change rooms with a paper copy of what is available. Totally an inappropriate way to manage your employees. She could have pulled her aside and talked to her.

The lady who helped me was amazing, she let me know she had just started a few weeks back, but her customer service made for a great experience. My son had to exchange pants, so back and forth with sizes and to the back, she was patient.

Still dealing with the same concerns, this company does not value customer service and I do not understand how the school board is still supporting this company. You can never get through to a store or on the phone to customer service. Such a disappointment. If you have the option of dealing with another company I would recommend you do so, because you will only be disappointed with this oneSo yes i did have an appointment and got a hoodie for my son on April 13 and it is already ripped at the seam! quality and customer service is poor.

The staff was so knowledgeable and friendly and was able to answer all of the questions without hesitation! They even told us how the sizes change in the clothing once washed and put in the dryer!! I'm glad we found this place for all of our uniform needs!!

This place is a joke and OUT TO LUNCH should be their motto! They make their own hours, this monopoly serves a wide area and people drive to this store only to be met by a sign that says out to lunch". I literally went out of my way to post a second review because it just happens that everytime I am forced to order from this disaster it's always an adventure!"
