I had the greatest customer experience to say the least. There are no words that I could put together to express my gratitude towards Obeda, a sales consultant for Fido.I've purchased my unit over a year from this gentleman, and he's been a delight from the get go. From the initial start, Obeda helped me conduct phone specs, and gone through all the data to help determine what is best suited for me, and my daily life. The recommendation of the Samsung S20, was an excellent choose. And, I still love it. From helping me set up my e-mails, and contacts, to even getting my Pokemon Go up and running, this gentleman does it all. Not only does he do it RIGHT the first time, but everytime I go back, Obeda is willing to address my other needs. He's set me up with Tablet, and Galaxy buds. I've never been so in love with technology. And, its all because of Obeda.Obeda's professionalism, and willing to help does wonder for me, and speaks volume about the Fido brand, and how the company are willing to conduct business, and how they value their customer as first priority.I would not hesitant to recommend Obeda to anyone. Slowest service I have had in a long time, employees only intrested in selling phones for the commission and will ignore you for anything else. Also willing to lie about products to try and upsell a more expensive phone so they can make more money. Avoid at all costs, if you are locked into fido you're better off shoping on there website.
