Very pleased with the service got a really nice lawn tractor went from a new Troy built to a new Club Cadet no comparison such an awesome tractor Greg and the staff are really great and friendly my Troy built didn't even last a full day with out falling apart and Kent building supplies wanted to charge me too fix it no thanks . Looking for a Side By Side, doing some brand to brand comparison shopping and will be visiting different power sports dealers over the next month or so. Want to have my new or new to me machine before the end of July!

On Saturday July 24 a group of us from P.E.I. Headed to Amherst for a day of four wheeling. A hour into our trip I punctured the sidewall in my front tire. We were close to a road a decided to google a power sports dealer and Eastern popped up so we gave them a call and explained our situation and where we were from. He said he had a tire and we asked if there was any way they could bring it to us. We said if he could get it to us we would be able to get it on one way or the other. Without hesitation he said no problem and within 20 minutes a great young fella pulled up with our tire. But not just a tire! He had tire bars, a air compressor, bead sealer and a tire blaster. Couldn’t believe it! He gave me my invoice and not one charge on there for anything except a tire! I wanted a matching set so they processed a payment and set the second tire outside the shop for me for when we got back and I picked it up on the way home. This was all exception service but better yet it saved our day as the whole process only took less then a hour from the time the tire blew until the time we were rolling again! I highly recommend this place. If they do this for complete strangers or out of towners, I’d imagine their service is excellent for all their clients! Thanks again, guys!

I recently made a purchase from this company. In doing so, I found the staff to be friendly, very helpful and accommodating. I couldn't have asked for better service. Although my purchase was new, and I haven't needed any repair or maintenance services yet, I fully expect those services would be of similar high quality.
