Had small alteration, and accepted on the spot and did great job.. Bit expensive though

I was charged twice! The first time I paid cash and the shop attendant/owner did not write down that I paid. I was charged $12.70 to hem a pair of pants and was told that it would take a full week. When I came in to pick up, I was told you didnt pay!" I paid again and told her that I would be telling everyone what type of person she is. Save your money

I've been sending my dry cleaning there for around a year now and it's been ok.What really ticked me off was when I wanted to get pants alternated.First they said it would take a week because it was a lot of work - over a week later I went back they didn't even start it.Second time I went back they couldn't find the pants.Third time I picked it up - they were ready but totally not done the way I told them to do it.

I went here once and had a terrible experience - never going back. The lady is extremely rude, whenever I walked in and the door beeped she would not look up from her phone for a good 30 seconds before acknowledging me. She did not tell me a specific time to pick up my garments, and when I went on the day I was told, I was informed that I must come back later as the delivery does not come until that evening - this would've been helpful to know before. Regardless, I was tolerant and understanding of this - very kind to the owner until...My $100 silk ladies blouse was lost". I had dropped of 4 items

This place is horrible!!!! If you care about your clothes please don't give it to them. I recently gave them a really nice silk almost-new Banana Republic top for dry cleaning and it came back with a burn mark and rip at the back.Any dry cleaner is usually supposed to check clothes when you hand them over and mark all stains and damages in front of the customer. They checked my pieces but didn't mark anything (because there was nothing to mark). When I picked it up and showed them the damage (it was a big damage, not a minor one) they claimed that they forgot" to mark it

I found them extremely expensive for dry cleaning - one coat was $30! And the service was terrible. Will not return for sure

If I can give this place a zero star, I would because this is the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE I have ever been to. I also rarely write reviews PERIOD but this place is something I feel everyone should know. It's a bit of a read but it will save you from going here TRUST ME.When I first dropped my clothing off and she measured everything, it went fine. I asked when I can come pick it up when I paid (OVERPRICED BTW!!!), she told me that the following Friday. I asked if I can pick it up on Wednesday instead as Friday as I have to work and won't have time. She agreed and I left.Come Wednesday, an emergency came up and I ended up not being able to pick up so I called and let them know that I'll come Saturday morning and asked what time they will be opened and such.Come Saturday morning, I go there around 10:45am and I noticed an additionally .25 cent charge which I wasn't told about. So I asked the lady and she said that for all interact charges, there's a additionally .25. I told her I wasn't told that when I paid and she said, well there's a sign in the back behind you" (which there was). I said "well what if no one can see that?" She's like

They are the absolute worst place to dry clean. The shirts come back not clean and the pants come back dirty so it’s obvious that they don’t clean it but charge you for it. The lady that works there is very rude as I seen her deal with customers, including myself, in the worst way. DO NOT GO there!

I have read all the reviews, but honestly, I have always received excellence service. They do a great job with alterations, and the owner has always had my clothes ready. On occasion, she's even done rush jobs for me. I've been using them for years, and I'll keep using them.

I give this place a fat zeroBad customer service. The date my husband needed his clothes they did not have it ready at all with no apology, no compensation. They did care he had nothing to wear for his function.
