MTO License

I renewed my licence and did my C and Z tests here last week. I was in and out in less than 40 minutes. No problems for me.

I had the most horrific experience at this location aggravated by the supervisor, Jennifer. Probably one of the rudest, most unkind and unhelpful people on the planet! She should be reassessed for her qualifications as a supervisor. The government should have a better screening system for the employees and not employ the ones that are completely unfit to deal with customers. You can’t treat people like lifestock! We pay enough taxes to be deserving of proper customer service.Jennifer, you should look for another way of employment...possibly, one without having to deal with people.

Very bad services. I was standing in line for 3 hours, and after that they fired me. They called the manager on him, and the manager did nothing and did not help me. Their dealings with people were very bad. Canada has a dark side. Canada services are bad, bad, not good.

Wanted a vehicle history report. They took 20 out of my credit card. Did not get the report just the receipt..

Would give 0 stars if there were the option. They treat people like absolute TRASH here, the attitude is hideous. The way I was spoken to… I was in absolute disbelief. As if they purposely hire people with a 3rd grade bully’s social abilities, then pop in the occasional normal adult to cover it up. I can only recommend AVOIDING this place if you’re looking for either DMV services or even for employment, as it would ruin your reputation. Its simply not worth it. Go somewhere else.

I was here today waiting for two hours in line.They won’t let anyone get in and we all been waiting outside.Only two clerks are working and other 6(there are 8 of them as far as I saw) and when I asked why I was told they are on break.Well two hours seems a bit long for a break.

My friend had an appointment for 2:15pm and he didn't do his test till 2:50pm. They had people standing in the scorching heat where some one fainted. If they're going to have people stand outside in the heat the least they can do is invest in those canvase tents foe shade. Also, the instructor failed my friend for turning left on a yellow light when yellow means proceed with caution. When he went inside and complained they were trying to say to him that yellow means stop that he should go read the rule book and study more.

My wife and I recently visited this place (2022.10.25) to switch/exchange our non-Canadian licenses. Overall, we thought it was an awesome experience as against the negative reviews online.As anticipated, we met a long queue on-arrival at 7:15 am and had to wait our turn. By 8:30 am we were already done and out of the place. The officers were quite helpful and off-course; business-minded.Advise:i. Prepare yourself/documents prior to visiting the place. Do not expect to be pampered.ii. Be polite to the officers when seeking clarification/assistance for anything. That way you will get the very best from them in return.iii. Please dis-regard the (older) negative comments on-here. We went there with cautious skepticism from all the previous negative comments/reviews online, but was utterly surprised at how pleasantly-helpful the officers were. Goodluck.UPDATE:We received our full G-licenses exactly 14 days after the visit.

Rude Service People at counter. So quick to dismiss people for almost no reason and some aren't perfect speaking people. . Also I didn't know the rules about leaving testing room, so I asked politely if there was a washroom to use.. I got so much attitude.

Very bad experience, Examiners were very late; very unprofessional. Book your test somewhere else if you want to save time.
