We usually LOVE Casero’s and we always visit on special occasions to “treat” ourselves. We were disappointed with our recent visit on the weekend. We ordered 6 tacos and a beef Brisket nacho. The nacho was well made with a lot of Brisket, but the tacos were so dry and flavourless that it made them hard to eat. The smoked pork was really overcooked (it’s usually my favourite taco) and the corn tortillas on every taco were like eating paper. Overall it’s usually my favourite restaurant in town, but this experience was disappointing. It’s hard to justify the prices rising on their menu when the quality just isn’t the same as it once was.

Seemed a tad over priced but the food was good. Pina colada I wouldn't get again but I'm a big fan of the beef brisket and jalapeno poppers. I think the waitress forgot to punch in our entree so it was quite a bit of a wait. I had to ask another waiter about our food to finally get it. Overall it was good

This is a great spot to eat. Staff are very friendly and the food is amazing. Really nice atmosphere. Reservations are recommended. Food portions are very small compared with other similar restaurants. Prices are reasonable.

I had a phenomenal date here. The wait staff were very polite, kind and patient with us. We sat on the patio which had a fun atmosphere. They had blankets if you were cold. Together we ordered 6 tacos 5 different. Cauliflower and the pulled pork were my favourite. The tofu and fish tacos were amazing as well. I enjoyed the sweet potatoe taco. Too many options!

Casero Kitchen Table restaurant offers a variety of Mexican fresh, tasty food, from tacos to dessert, pozole, drinks and coffee. Portions and prices are fair and the servie is great! The place is small and busy, I recommend making reservations ahead of time.

Amazing service, amazing atmosphere, the food was great but I think the pulled pork and the beef brisket could have used more flavours. Everything was super fresh, and the dessert was super refreshing, however it was very flavourful per bite and although it was small we couldn’t finish it with two people haha

Nice hole-in-the-wall vibe. Tacos were quite good. Service fast and friendly. But $8 for a single taco is crazy - when 2 or 3 are needed to make a meal Really liked it but can't justify that kind of price. Unfortunate.

Was recommended this place by a local. It is a nice local place. I had a house margarita and it was good but not served in typical marg glass and portion left lots to be desired. I had the chips and guac appetizer. Guacamole was good but to creamy. I prefer starter guac be more chunky and in food guac to be creamier. I ordered three tacos. Brisket, pulled pork and beans and cheese. They were all good but the winner was the bean and cheese. It was a black bean base and the flavor was spot on authentic Mexican. The others were good, but overshadowed by the bean and cheese.
