These human disasters ripped my parents off $3,000 and made them rebook tickets for no reason.

The computer system is a joke. Watch out a first class/business class ticket is not refundable. Although that is what it said in a large box above the flight number. The ticket being refundable was the only reason I paid more than double.Also there is no designated area for 1st class. A legal sized carryon needs to be checked at the gate. Some flight attendants are rude and flippant.

I had a flight from Toronto to Miami. Initially it got delayed from 6:55 to 7:55 then to 8:30 then we were told that the plane is not here yet and now we will fly by 10:30pm.After numerous times that we had to stand in line to board the plane that was not even there, at 11:30 we were told the flight got canceled and we can book it for the next day.I had booked my hotel in Miami which can not be canceled and I missed a very important meeting which I was trying to attend. The airline now is telling me that they can not refund anything because they are willing to rebook my flight the next day. Even if I do rebook my flight with them I have already missed my meeting and the hotel is not cancelling my reservation and already charged my credit card.This airline is a joke.

Told us our unvaxxed daughter can touch down in US enroute to Mexico but changed their mind at check in. But not their problem that they don’t know the rules. Up to the customer to figure it out. Does not matter to them cause they have our money. Most of us would be out of a job a long time ago if we treated customers like AA does.

Garbage Airline. They changed the time of our flights without notifying us. We almost missed our LiveAboard scuba trip due to this. When we asked them about it, they basically said tough luck that’s how it goes. Choose any other airline whenever possible. American Airlines should be a last resort choice only. Terribly managed.

The representatives at the call center were disgusting. They would not listen to my concern and instead speak over me. I was on hold for 3 hours and by the time I got a hold of someone, they hung up on me and said to figure it out myself. Never going to book a flight with them ever again.

I have to to know that before I forward my complaint to CTA, I should wait for response from AA first.My name is Subeksha Giri. My booking reference number is WBOHPK. I had a flight originating from YYZ to Kathmandu for January 11, 2023. I had a transit on JFK, then another transit on Doha. My flight from YYZ to JFK was delayed by more than 5 hours. This also caused me to miss my original connecting flights. When I arrived at JFK, I was told that there were no flights available for this day. I asked them if any was available and I was told there was one on January 12. I was OK with that but when I asked about the added accommodation and food expenses incurred to me because of the delay, I was rudely told that there was none available and I could go back to YYZ and get a refund. I am not sure why I denied request for food voucher and accommodation, given that AA told me my alternative flight would only leave tomorrow. I had no option then to request another flight connecting at Delhi. Because of this, I now have to face a total delay of more than 16 hours at arrival without a single compensation. Unfortunately I am not sure why any compensation was denied for me.

Worst experience ever, delay after delay they overbooked passengers planes have mechanical issues and agents are very rude no help.

Worst experience lady at the counter charged me 105$ for baggage despite that my ticket shows free of cost baggage and didn’t give me my boarding pass for the last stop dont book flight with American Airlines u gonna regret it.

GREAT JOB AT KICKING A FAMILY WITH A NEWBORN OFF A PLANE OVER NOTHING. not the first time this airline shows its true, racist colors.Never flying with American airlines, am i gonna be discriminated too??Hope you loose the lawsuit
