Nous avons été victime d'un dégât d'eau en septembre 2022. Dès notre appel, l'équipe de Rénovation B&M s'est montré très rassurante. Ils nous ont aidés tout au long du processus de nettoyage et de restauration. Rapide, fiable et efficace, nous sommes plus qu'heureux d'avoir fait affaires avec eux!C'est une entreprise honnête et au service de leur client. Ils nous ont mis en confiance dès le début et ont su nous épauler et nous guider pour mener à bien l'ensemble des travaux. Le résultat final est impeccable au même au-delà de nos attentes!Je n'hésite aucunement à recommander cette entreprise, que ce soit pour le traitement d'un sinistre ou pour vos travaux de rénovation.Merci à l'ensemble de votre équipe!

Part 2: One year on this comment still remains valid. GUS puts up a contested invoice for collection. Do not do business with them. Do your research. Very dishonest company especially the Chateauguay franchise. They have not returned my overpaymentPart one:If you are reading this post, then like me you have had water damage at your home, you are stressed out and you have reached out to your insurer (in my case The Co-operators) and they have referred you to GUS/Renovation B&M.You want to do your due diligence.Well I am happy that you have googled to check the company reviews. I contracted them through my insurer and by then, there was no review to help me out. I came to learn it was the second time my insurer had worked with them.This is a very incompetent company from my experience. The quality of work that was done directly by the company was far below par.In my case, they took over the whole project (cleaning and the renovation job) and subcontracted some of it.I have attached pictures of my basement after their cleaning, my tiles are brown. I was left with white debris on my floor for weeks and water under my sofa and TV stand. They also messed up my carpet leading to my basement while moving out things.Despite hesitating to have the company do the renovation, I was encouraged by my insurer saying the company provides 3years guarantee on the job.The owner Sebastien (very incompetent in my opinion) who managed the whole project and the estimator Michel are two very dishonest people.Be wary of their billing too. I added the sanding of my staircase and replacement of the railings, this was to be paid personally. They subcontracted this job and charged me almost 100% of what the subcontractors had charged them.To be honest, the subcontractors did a very good job, but I find the job done by Renovation B&M to be far below expectation. Throughout the repair job, they never provided any feedback to me despite constantly being in contact with the adjuster.
